Introduction

Access to effective, cancer-specific therapies remains limited, particularly in low- and middle-income countries where cancer survival rates lag behind those in high-income settings due to inadequate funding and infrastructure (sourcesource). This has led to increased interest in repurposing existing drugs as more affordable alternatives. Exploring such options may provide valuable insights and potential solutions for expanding treatment accessibility, warranting further scientific investigation.

Traditional cancer therapies—including surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy—have relatively low documented survival rates and outcomes for advanced, metastatic and stage 4 cancers:
  • Stage 4 Breast Cancer 5-year relative survival rate: 26% (distant/metastatic) (2).
  • Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer 5-year survival rate: 13% (distant) (2).
  • Lung Cancer (Stage III NSCLC): Addition of immunotherapy after chemo-radiation increased 3-year survival to 52% versus 44% for chemo-radiation alone in a large US study (JAMA 2022).
One emerging area of interest in recent years is the potential use of anti-parasitics such as ivermectin and fenbendazole or mebendazole (FBZ) as either a standalone treatment or a complementary therapy alongside conventional treatment for various forms of cancer.

Despite numerous anecdotal reports and media coverage suggesting that Ivermectin and Fenbendazole or mebendazole may be effective in treating metastatic cancer, there is currently not enough clinical literature supporting its use as an anti-cancer agent.

Note: Given the complexity of cancer treatment, it is crucial for patients to consult a specialized oncology team to determine the most appropriate course of action for their specific diagnosis.

This compilation includes multiple case reports documenting the use of ivermectin and related benzimidazole anti-parasitics—such as fenbendazole and mebendazole—in the treatment of stage 4 cancers.

This work-in-progress paper aims to compile anecdotal success stories and case reports to help establish a stronger scientific foundation for further investigation of ivermectin, fenbendazole (FBZ) and mebendazole as part of a potential combination therapy for advanced cancers.

Case No. 29 - 2025: Stage IV Breast Cancer, Mets to the spine

Special K shared on X (Twitter) in April 2025:

I’m overjoyed to share some incredible news: I’m winning my battle against Stage IV Breast Cancer, Mets to the spine with the help of some alternative medicines and therapies—ivermectin, fenbendazole, methylene blue with red light therapy, turkey tail mushroom coffee, berberine, infrared sauna, among other things!
My latest PET/CT results are nothing short of a miracle: ✅ Bone metastases in T5, L3, and right sacral wing: Near completely resolved! ✅ The lump in my right breast: Shrunk from 46x24 mm to just 30x10 mm, with SUV max dropping from 46 to 2.2! ✅ Cancer in my right axilla, two hilar lymph nodes in my chest, and spots of concern in my lungs: GONE! I’m sharing this to spread hope and show what’s possible. I’ll attach screenshots of my PET/CT scans from April 2024 to the most recent April 2025 below to back it up.

Case No. 28 - 2025: 26-year-old UK female with Stage 4 Breast Cancer Triple Negative with brain metastases

Dr. William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in June 2025:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 26 year old UK woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer Triple Negative with brain metastases responds incredibly well after 4 weeks (shrinking lung mets & brain mets) One of my youngest breast cancer patients has seen tremendous success! This 26 year old UK woman, Stage 4 Breast Cancer Triple Negative (TNBC) patient was progressing on numerous conventional Cancer Treatments: - Initially diagnosed Feb.2023 - completed Capecitabine chemo Feb.2024 - May 2024 diagnosed with Lung metastases (Stage 4) - was on Olaparib (Lynparza, PARP Inhibitor) May 2024 to March 2025 - April 2025 5cm brain metastasis was diagnosed, and she came to me. After 4 weeks of Ivermectin + Mebendazole + Trodelvy, her lung metastases and brain metastasis are shrinking. "Hey guys, just wanted to share some great news!" "In 4 weeks my brain tumor has gone from 5cm to 3cm and the huge cyst attached has halved in size!" "Also my my 5 lung mets have massively shrank! So very positive!!" "Thank you so much for all your help! Looking forward to seeing what the future brings with my results! Best wishes..."

Cases No. 19 - 27: A phase I/II study evaluating the safety and efficacy of ivermectin in combination with balstilimab in patients with metastatic triple negative breast cancer

Abstract e13146 (2025 ASCO Annual Meeting) is a phase 1/2 study of ivermectin in combination with balstilimab after 1-2 prior lines of therapy for triple negative breast cancer:

Background: Despite recent FDA approval of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), therapeutic options for metastatic triple negative breast cancer (mTNBC) remain limited. Preclinical data showed that ivermectin induces robust T cell infiltration into breast tumors and turning “cold” tumors “hot” in mouse model of TNBC. Balstilimab is a fully humanized IgG4 anti-PD-1 agent with proven safety and efficacy in metastatic cervical cancer. The current phase I/II trial is designed to test the safety and efficacy of the combination of ivermectin and balstilimab in patients with mTNBC.

Methods: Key eligibility criteria include patients with unresectable or metastatic TNBC; progressed on 1-2 prior chemotherapies including an ICI-containing regimen; ECOG 0-1; RECIST 1.1 measurable disease. Eligible patients receive balstilimab 450 mg, IV, on Day 1 and ivermectin (30, 45 or 60 mg po daily), PO, Days 1-3, 8-10, 15-17 of each 21 days cycle till disease progression or intolerance. The primary objective of the phase 1 portion of the study is to determine the recommended phase 2 dose of ivermectin in combination with balstilimab using NCI-CTCAE v5.0. The primary objective of the phase II portion of the study is to determine the efficacy of the combination using the objective response rate (ORR). Secondary objectives are progression free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), clinical benefit rate (CBR), and patients’ quality of life (QOL) by EORTC QLQ-C30.

Results: This study has accrual 9 patients to-date. Median age was 52 years (IQR 47-56, range 38-68), 4 (44.4%) were non-Hispanic white, 3 (33.3%) were Hispanic, and 2 were other (22.2%). Median lines of metastatic chemo or targeted therapy prior to the start of trial registration was 5 (IQR 2-5, range 1-7). Dose level 1 and 2 were completed with only 1 serious adverse event (AE) attributed to disease related anemia. All grades treatment related AEs are: 2 maculo-papular rash (grade 1), 1 patient each for anemia (grade 3), diarrhea (grade 1), dysgeusia (grade 1), generalized muscle weakness (grade 1), hypothyroidism (grade 2), and vomiting (grade 1). The initial ECOG value was 0 among 8 patients and 1 patient had ECOG of 1. Six (66.7%) patients had prior immune checkpoint inhibitors, 6 (66.7%) had positive tumor PD-L1 expression. The study will continue to accrual of dose level 3. Of 8 evaluable patients, 1 had SD, 6 had PD, and 1 had PR. The median PFS was 2.5 month (95% CI 66 – Not reached). The 4-month clinical benefit rate was 37.5% (95% CI 15.3%-91.7%). OS is too early to be assessed.

Conclusions: The combination of ivermectin and balstilimab is safe and well tolerated. Encouraging CBR (Clinical Benefit Rate) was observed in this heavily pretreated population, which warranted continued investigation. Clinical trial information: NCT05318469

According to the administrative update, the current responsible party has changed from City of Hope Medical Centre to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. However, the principal investigator remains the same, Yuan Yuan, MD, PhD.

Case No. 18 - 2025: 67 year old Ontario patient with Stage 4 Breast Cancer metastatic to lungs and bones

Dr. William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in May 2025:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 67 year old Ontario patient with Stage 4 Breast Cancer metastatic to lungs and bones has a stunning turnaround after only 2 months! Up to 99.7% tumor shrinkage Most cancer patients appreciate help in desperate situations. STORY: 67 year old Ontario woman was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer metastatic to lungs and bones on Jan.24, 2025. We started on Jan.31, 2025:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day (120mg)
  • Mebendazole 1000mg/day
She took Ivermectin and Mebendazole for 2 months and 10 days. Follow-up CT showed: Right Breast mass shrunk in size Lymph nodes shrunk: hilar 1.7cm to 0.6cm, subcarinal 2.2cm to 0.5cm, rt axilla 1.4cm to 0.2cm (99.7% tumor vol shrinkage) Lung nodules shrunk (2.1x1.1cm to 0.8x0.5cm is 92% tumor volume shrinkage!!) Pleural effusions resolved (!!) Bone lesions show new healing (sclerosis) This is an incredible response after just 2 months! Oncologists are usually not capable of getting pleural effusions to resolve. From the patient: "We got the latest CT scan and it shows all tumors have shrunk dramatically and the breast tissue is totally gone!" "Thank you for travelling this road with us!" "Blessings to you and your Team!"

Case No. 17 - 2025: 49 year old Australian woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer to liver and bones who failed Kisqali

Dr. William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in May 2025:

"IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 49 year old Australian woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer to liver and bones who failed Kisqali, has full metabolic response on PET after only 6 weeks! Incredible Cancer success story from Australia!

I told you I have patients from around the world! STORY: 49 year old Australian woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer metastatic to bones (sternum, ribs) on Letrozole and Kisqali, reached out to me

We started in mid February:
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 444mg/day increasing to 1554mg/day
However, by end of February, the cancer had progressed to the liver and her Oncologist switched from Kisqali to Capecitabine 1500mg.

RESULTS at end of April 2025:

"We had our appointment with the oncologist today who shared with us XXX's "miraculous" (her words) PET scan results"
"As you can see 6 weeks ago, before starting your protocol, she had extensive metastasis to her lymph bones and liver."
"Today we were told she has had a "complete metabolic response" with no detectable cancer anywhere in her body"

My favorite part

"We thank you once again for the tireless commitment you have provided to XXX and the other countless cancer suffer(er)s you help on a daily basis"

My Take...
"I don’t always get nice images sent to me, but in this case, I did. This PET scan improvement is impressive! Especially considering the short time frame. Don't forget, this breast cancer patient was on Kisqali, the best that modern Oncology could offer this patient. The cost? Up to $15,000 a month. We completely blew Kisqali out of the water. A useless drug that brings in $15,000 a month from every cancer patient that uses it. The cost of Ivermectin and Fenbendazole? About $200-$300 a month."

Case No. 16: 56 year old Illinois woman with Stage 4 Breast cancer and spread to bones

Dr. William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in May 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 56 year old Illinois woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer to bones has excellent response! STORY: 56 year old Illinois woman was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast cancer to bones.

We started in late January 2025:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1000mg/day
Oncologist started Letrozole 2.5mg/day in mid Jan.2025 and Kisqali (targeted therapy) in beginning of March 2025, that had to be stopped due to side effects.

RESULTS (after 2 months): From patient: "I wanted to share some amazing updates on blood markers. The CA 15-3 has dropped by 74% and CA 27-29 has dropped by 73.5% in 2 months!"
CA 15-3: 335 to 88.6
CA 27-29: 764 to 203

PET/CT confirmed ongoing healing of bone metastases !

Case No. 15: 35 year old American woman with Stage 4 Breast cancer metastatic to lymph nodes and bones

Dr. William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in April 2025:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 35 year old American woman with Stage 4 Breast cancer metastatic to lymph nodes and bones sees dramatic improvement! 35 years old with Stage 4 is a difficult battle but we go to war against cancer with no hesitation! STORY: 35 year old American woman was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer metastatic to lymph nodes and multiple bones. She came to me in mid January 2025.

We started:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Mebendazole 1000mg/day
RESULTS after 2.5 months:

- Cancer Blood marker CA15.3 dropped from 50.1 to 26.9
- SIGNATERA (circulating tumor DNA) dropped from 5.1 to 0.07 (!!)
- PET Scan showed decreased metabolic activity in all bone metastases and all lymph node metastases.

The only issue we ran into was an MRI that saw some "larger" bone lesions, which were almost certainly areas of bone healing in previously invisible areas of cancer. This is one of the major advantages that PET/CT has over MRI or CT - it is able to identify “healed bone metastases” which look “larger” due to sclerosis (bone healing) but have lower or no metabolic activity due to cancer cell killing. In this case, we see a dramatic response after only 2.5 months on Ivermectin & Mebendazole! Oncologists have never seen results like this. Sometimes, they'll even admit it.

Case No. 14: 61-year-old Florida woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer metastatic to lungs, liver, and bones

Dr. William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in April 2025:

Ivermectin and Mebendazole Testimonial - 61 year old Florida woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer metastatic to lungs, liver, and bones, has dramatic response in 2 months - 83% tumor shrinkage!

Breast cancer is the most common cancer at my Ivermectin Cancer Clinic. We have so many successes!!

STORY:

61 year old Florida woman was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer metastatic to lungs, liver, and bones. Patient started Ivermectin and Fenbendazole 444mg at end of December 2024 but the breast mass continued to grow. The patient then came to me for assistance.

Sometimes you need some guidance from someone with expertise.

In early February 2025, patient started:
  • Ivermectin 120mg (2mg/kg) and
  • Mebendazole 1000mg along with
  • 6 cycles of Carboplatin + Paclitaxel.
Within 2 months, the breast tumor shrunk from 8.0x7.0cm to 3.5x2.7cm (83% tumor volume shrinkage!!)
Oncologist: “He is so impressed with her treatment...not aware of the ivermectin and mebendazole"

Patient:
"We are grateful to you for your advice and support. We hope and believe she will make the mass on her breast disappear completely"

"I follow closely on X your case with Alberta health and I root for you!"
Imagine an 8cm tumor shrinking down to 3.5cm in barely two months with Ivermectin & Fenbendazole.

Case No. 13: 57 year old California female with Stage 4 Breast Cancer and progressing metastases

Dr William Makis updated on X (Twitter) in April 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 57 year old California woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer goes from progressing metastases to "CANCER FREE" in 3 months!

57 year old Stage 4 Breast Cancer patient with metastatic lymph nodes in the thorax and abdomen.

In August 2024, PET/CT showed progressive metastases that were growing quite quickly. She reached out to me in August 2024 and was one of the first patients in my Ivermectin Cancer Clinic!  She started:
  • Ivermectin 45mg/day and
  • Fenbendazole 444mg/day
In mid December, 2024 (her Ivermectin order had been confiscated by some evil individuals, so her start was delayed) On Feb.25, 2025, PET/CT showed no evidence of disease. All the metastatic lymph nodes were gone. That’s less than 3 months.  When a tumor is very responsive to Ivermectin and Fenbendazole, the results can be absolutely jaw dropping. From the patient: "I started your Ivermectin and Fenbendazole protocol in December 2024, along with targeted therapy Enhertu. I now have "no evidence of disease"!" (email March 20, 2025) “My oncologist is very open to me staying on ivermectin, actually told me to keep taking it, knows it helps chemo work better, and said, “absolutely” when I asked him if he would take it if he had cancer.”

“Thank you for all you do! You and your family are always in my prayers!”

The CEA dropped from 25 to 1.4 from the moment she started taking Ivermectin and Fenbendazole.

Ivermectin, Fenbendazole & Mebendazole Testimonial. (Source: https://t.co/ZTLcEFYc0E)

Description: Shared on March 30, 2025, by @MakisMD , this discusses an 80-year-old retired nurse with Stage 4 triple negative breast cancer with lung metastases. She reportedly became cancer-free after a year on a protocol including fenbendazole.

*Using SEER 5-year survival statistics: Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC): ~12-20% 5-year survival in Stage III vs. multiple anecdotal remissions in fenbendazole group shared in this case series article.

Case No. 10: Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer (estrogen and progesterone positive, her2 negative)

Raleigh Williams updated on X (Twitter) in March 2025:

"The scan on the right is from November and showed stage IV breast cancer in my wife’s spine. The scan on the left is from yesterday and shows “No Evidence of Disease.” Following every protocol from the oncologist left my wife exhausted and suicidal (plus the cancer came back anyway) so we started doing our own research and found a protocol that felt good to us and it has worked thus far. The doctor interpreting the PET scan was shocked that the cancer shrunk given the fact that she isn’t on any conventional chemotherapy protocol at the moment."

We get our Ivermectin here (yes it's for horses, we have some friends that get their from a compound pharmacy which we haven't done yet.) And the Fenbendazole here. We've had a lot of questions on dosing and frequency. Dr. Makis has recommended 1mg/kg/day for Ivermectin and 444 mg/day for Fenbendazole on his X account and we have followed that protocol.

Read about their current protocol HERE.

Case No. 9: 35 year old woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer (triple positive) to lungs and bones

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial with TURBO CANCER FROM THE BRINK: 35 year old Stage 4 Breast Turbo Cancer patient with "little time left to live" to "NO ACTIVE DISEASE" - the miracle PET/CT scan at 6 months!

This was one of my first Ivermectin Clinic patients: 35 years old US woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer to lungs and bones Initially diagnosed in Nov 2023 with triple positive breast cancer. "We suspect that she may have a COVID-19 vaccine induced turbo cancer as she received both doses of the vaccine and a booster. Her husband, 36 years old, who received the same vaccines as her at the same time, was diagnosed with testicular cancer" 2024: “We were recently informed that her cancer is resistant to treatment and very aggressive". It is confirmed to have metastasized to her lungs, sternum and spine” “Her Oncologists have informed her that she has little time left and they are not open to trying any of the drugs you have mentioned like Ivermectin”. When I started my cancer clinic, I was very aggressive in my treatment approach. I still am. We started in mid August 2024.
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day escalating dose to 2mg/kg/day
  • Mebendazole 1500mg/day
Why am I aggressive in my dosing? Have a look at the follow-up PET/CT scan done 6 months into Ivermectin/Mebendazole.

Impression:
"Excellent treatment response with interval left mastectomy as well as complete resolution of FDG avid bone metastasis and bilateral hilar FDG avid lymph nodes that were present on prior exam. No findings to suggest active malignant disease at this time".

Case No. 8: Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer (Jan 2025 Update)

Carla shared on X/Twitter:

"Diagnosed Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in November of 2022. Started Fenbendazole right away and also switch it up one week a month with ivermectin. I’ve been cancer free for over a year!"

Case No. 7: IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE* Testimonial - 69 year old USA Stage 4 Breast Cancer patient with metastases to liver and bones on Enhertu (December 2024)

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE* Testimonial - 69 year old USA Stage 4 Breast Cancer patient with metastases to liver and bones on Enhertu 69 year old woman with Stage 4 Breast Cancer to liver and bones Had 2 treatments of Enhertu with Ivermectin 36mg and Mebendazole 500mg a day for 3 weeks CEA dropped from 148.4 to 83.9 (that’s a 43% drop!!) What is Enhertu?
"Enhertu, generically known as fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki, is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) designed for targeted cancer therapy, particularly for cancers expressing the HER2 protein on their cell surface" Grok will tell you that it wasn't Enhertu that did this: "In summary, while there is some indication from patient experiences that Enhertu might lead to reduced CEA levels in some individuals, this is not a guaranteed or direct effect of the drug." That 43% drop in tumor marker CEA was due to the Ivermectin and Mebendazole addition to the treatment regimen.

I share these to show what optimizing Cancer Treatment looks like (especially in Stage 4 Cancer patients). This is cutting edge work not being done at any Cancer Centre in the United States or Canada.

*Note: Although technically mebendazole is not the same as fenbendazole, both mebendazole and fenbendazole are part of a larger group of drugs known as benzimidazole*, which are anthelmintic drugs (i.e., drugs that kill parasitic worms).

*The class of drugs known as benzimidazoles includes fenbendazole, mebendazole, albendazole and flubendazole.

Fenbendazole and mebendazole are similar in that they both eliminate parasitic worms, but there is a difference. Mebendazole is approved for human consumption by the FDA, while fenbendazole is only approved for veterinary use and has not been approved for human use.

Mebendazole is the form that is approved for human use while fenbendazole is approved for veterinary use. The main difference is the cost. Mebendazole is expensive ~$450 per pill (two pills of mebendazole cost just $4 in the UK.), while fenbendazole is inexpensive ~48 cents per 222 mg free powder dose (Williams, 2019). Albendazole is the form used to treat intestinal parasites in India and these cost 2 cents per pill.

While most of the pre-clinical research uses mebendazole, probably because it is the FDA-approved-for-humans form of fenbendazole, virtually most of the self-treating clinical reports involve the use of fenbendazole.

Case No. 3: Stage 4 ER+PR+HER2- Metastatic Breast Cancer to bones (December, 2022)

Condition: Stage 4 ER+PR+HER2- Metastatic Breast Cancer to bones

A friend told me about the Joe Tippens Protocol and ivermectin the day after I got my diagnosis for a third bout with breast cancer. I started both immediately. I saw my oncologist a week later. She added Faslodex, Kisqali, and Femara. She supported me added the JTP and the ivermectin. In 8 weeks I was in remission as measured by my CA2729. At week 11, a PET scan showed NED.

Which of the protocol components did you use? Fenbendazole , Curcumin, CBD/ cannabis Oil, Berberine, Other

Other supplements used: 12 mg ivermectin daily

Which conventional treatments did you do? Hormone therapy.

Case No. 2: Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer Mets to lymph nodes, liver and bone in my upper shoulder (March, 2022)

In 2018, I experienced heavy fatigue most of the time. It almost felt as if I got weaker and weaker as the days went by. I felt this lump on the side of my breast and got it checked out right away. I received the news that I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer Mets to lymph nodes, liver and bone in my upper shoulder.

Case No. 1: Stage 4 breast cancer with Mets to lymph nodes, bones, and bone marrow (June, 2021)

Three years ago I received a lumpectomy, which is when the cancer gets removed from a part of the breast tissue. The surgery was successful and I was declared free of any cancer back then, till about two years later I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer with Mets to lymph nodes, bones, and bone marrow. It basically spread all over my body. This was terrifying at the time and I felt there was no way to win this battle.

With no options left, I decided to go onto the Joe Tippens protocol, and followed it for a whole good year before I received my PET scan results stating that I am cancer free! And to make this even more insane to think of – I wasn’t receiving any form of chemo or radiation ever during the recovery process, the only medication I consumed alongside following this protocol was hormone blockers.

I however got very sick in the beginning stages of using this protocol and started using Serrapeptase (an enzyme) along with it, which seems to have taken all side effects away. I gained my strength back and my blood tests were normalized on every account. After being only 6 months on the protocol more than half of my cancer disappeared. Here is a brief idea of what my protocol looked like:
  • Serrapeptase (as I wake up)
  • Fenben, Vit D and Vit K, Quercetin with Zinc (at noon)
  • Turkey tail mushrooms & Letrozole (also at noon)
  • RSO (before bedtime, but a very little amount)
I only removed refined sugars and corn syrup from my daily diet and other than that, I just continued with my activities of daily living. This combination of supplements along with the fenben really did the magic and I will continue to follow this lifestyle to prevent any evidence of disease to show up!

2. Stage 4 Brain Cancer Success Story

Case No. 1 - 2025: Stage 4 brain cancer terminal and on radiation and chemo

Doverschoice posted on X/Twitter in April 2025:

My mother had the vaccine and one booster stage 4 brain cancer terminal and on radiation and chemo. Have tried to reach out to William for some time to get some help on what to give her!

Dr William replied (April 2025):

Mebendazole, CBD, Ivermectin would be my top 3.

Note: Although the fenbendazole and mebendazole are very similar in effectiveness at higher doses, Mebendazole has superior brain cancer cell killing at lower loses compared to Fenbendazole. So for Glioblastoma, it’s Mebendazole if you can get it. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with Fenbendazole. It's still almost as good (source). Albendazole is also recommended for brain related cancers or brain spread, as it can cross the blood-brain barrier (source).

3. Bile Duct Cancer (Cholangiocarcinoma)

Case No. 1 - 2025: 53 year old Stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma Cancer

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter (December 2024 update):

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 53 year old Stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma Cancer patient with 15cm tumor declared "Cancer Free" after reaching out to me 14 months ago!! This is a very special story. 53 year old Canadian Cancer patient diagnosed with Stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma, metastatic to liver in March 2023. Multiple lesions, largest 15cm. Patient had chemo and reached out to me in October 2023. "I was taken off the bag of immunotherapy because the tumour didn't shrink" "Second oncologist...was worse than the oncologist I have now...told me my supposed mortality chart and to watch for "the end" because I'd be lucky to make it to summer (2024)"

"I'm terrified...I'm losing hope" I replied on Nov.3, 2023: "Don't lose hope..

Ivermectin is 1mg/kg/ or 2mg/kg daily Fenbendazole is typically 444mg daily Melatonin is 100mg-300mg daily" (see note below) Life went on...then I get an email in July 2024: "I'm still here thanks to you :)"

We went to work. Oncologists were pressuring to give her more and more chemo.  In November 2023, she had started Fenbendazole 444mg (Panacur) and Melatonin 100mg

In August 2024 we added 150mg of Ivermectin or 2.5m/kg/day, and CBD-THC Oil. You heard that right. Ivermectin 2.5mg/kg/day. And then... December 12, 2024: "Cancer Free".

4. Stage 4 Bladder Cancer Success Story

Case No. 1 - 2025: Stage 4 Urothelial Bladder Cancer

Description: Shared on March 24, 2025, by @MakisMD, this details a 75-year-old man with Stage 4 urothelial bladder cancer with metastases to multiple organs. He reportedly showed dramatic improvement on PET/CT scans after using ivermectin and fenbendazole.

TREATMENT
  • Padcev and Keytruda 12/23/2024 to 3/10/2025
  • Fenbendazole 222mg/d 1/3/2025 to 2/19/2025
  • Ivermectin 30mg/d 1/20/2025 to 2/19/2025
  • Fenbendazole 1500mg/d (Makis Protocol) 2/19/2025 - 3/10/2025

5. Stage 4 Cervical Cancer Success Story

Case No. 1: 50s year old Stage 4 Cervical Cancer patient (October 2024 and November 2024 Update)

November 2024 - Case study from Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

IVERMECTIN & FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 50s year old Stage 4 Cervical Cancer patient - CA125 drops 46% in 2 months on high dose protocol!

50s year old Stage 4 Cervical Cancer metastatic to liver patient (USA)

We started a Protocol early Sep.2024: Ivermectin 2mg/kg/day (split over 2 doses) Fenbendazole 2000mg/day (split over 2 doses) Continue ongoing Tivdak (Tisotumab vedotin) (there was no improvement in CA125 on it so far)

(we switched Fenbendazole brands after a few weeks, when CA125 hit 99.1) Results: 46% drop in CA125 in 1.5 months !

The picture of the CA125 trend is worth a thousand words!

October 2024 - Case study from Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

IVERMECTIN & FENBENDAZOLE TESTIMONIAL - Stage 4 Cervical Cancer patient sees first dramatic drop in blood cancer markers after a few weeks of adjusting Ivermectin & Fenbendazole doses!

We started a High Dose Ivermectin/Fenbendazole Protocol beginning of September and after 4 weeks the CA125 value hadn’t changed, it had gone from 91U/mL to 99.2U/mL which I considered stable but a little bit stubborn.

We were a bit slow getting the Ivermectin up, so I increased it by 30% increments to +100%.
We also switched up and mixed the Fenbendazole Brands! And the next CA125 dropped by 30% for the first time!

In just 3 weeks! You have to be able to adapt and fine-tune. Ivermectin really does work at higher doses. But sometimes it’s not easy to get there. And for Fenbendazole, you CANNOT be married to a brand. Mix things up. If you feel a brand is not working, add a completely different brand! DON’T BE AFRAID TO CHANGE BRANDS! That’s the lesson here. Be flexible.

6. Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer Success Stories (22 cases)

This compilation features several case reports involving the use of ivermectin and fenbendazole or mebendazole (benzimidazole) for colorectal cancer and related intestinal cancer such as appendix cancer.

Case No. 22 - 2025: 61 year old Florida man with Stage 4 Appendix Cancer

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in June 2025 (source):

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 61 year old Florida man with Stage 4 Appendix Cancer has an incredible response after only 2 months! 68% tumor volume reduction We help cancer patients who have all types of rare cancers. Here is a success story with a Primary Appendix Adenocarcinoma. 61 year old Florida man with Stage 4 Primary Appendix Adenocarcinoma, metastatic to peritoneum and omentum. In early March 2025 we started:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Mebendazole 1500mg/day
Oncologist started chemo and immunotherapy RESULTS after 2 months on PET/CT: “Decreased size with significant decrease in metabolic activity of the omental and bilateral peritoneal lymphadenopathy.” “Index omental lesion in the midline anterior abdomen extending through and in the umbilicus into the skin surface now has an SUV max of 2.06, previously 8.4” “Index implant medial to the inferior aspect of the spleen now has an SUV max of 2.4, previously 5.3” “Left upper quadrant peritoneal implant adjacent to the ascending colon now measures 1.1 cm with SUVmax 1.38. This lesion previously measured 1.6 cm with SUV max 8.02” (68% tumor volume reduction - Grok 3) It's incredibly difficult to achieve results like this with chemotherapy and immunotherapy alone. Peritoneal metastases are very hard to treat, you simply never see these kinds of results.

Case No. 21 - 2025: 35 year old UK woman with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer and metastatic to lungs

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in June 2025 (source):

Ivermectin and Fenbendazole Testimonial - 35 year old UK woman with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer metastatic to lungs has improvement after 2.5 months! STORY: 35 year old UK woman with Stage 4 Colorectal cancer metastatic to lungs, came to me in early March 2025 We Started:
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1000mg/day
  • MCP 15g/day
RESULTS after 2.5 months: Sometimes we get a “mixed response”, where most findings are improving but one or two seem to be getting worse. In this case, most lung nodules improved but one got a bit worse:
  • RUL 5mm to 3.5mm (66% volume reduction)
  • RLL 6mm to 5mm (42% reduction)
  • LUL 5mm to 4mm (49% reduction)
  • RLL 22 to 24.7mm
Although it is possible that one nodule actually got worse while all others improved, this worsening could also be due to inflammation. This is where a PET/CT scan would be very helpful in giving us metabolic information on the metastases. However, in countries like the UK, PET/CT is much harder to get. Same in Canada.

Case No. 20 - 2025: 62 year old USA man with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer has recurrence after 6 years in remission

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in May 2025 (source):

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 62 year old USA man with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer has recurrence after 6 years in remission, has fantastic results on Protocol + Radiation (no chemo) What happens where there is no chemo? STORY: 62 year old USA man had been battling Colorectal Cancer since 2018. After chemo, radiation and surgery he was in remission until late 2024 when extensive recurrence was diagnosed. We started in mid March 2025:
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1000mg/day
  • He also had Radiation Therapy but no chemo
RESULTS after 1.5 months: Coloanal anastomosis mass 5.0x4.0cm shrunk to 1.8x1.3cm (96% tumor volume shrinkage) Perineal mass 5.0x4.0cm shrunk to 3.0x2.7cm (74% vol shrinkage) IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE are RADIOSENSITIZERS and there are at least two papers that support this hypothesis:
2020 Mudassar et al - Targeting tumor hypoxia and mitochondrial metabolism with anti-parasitic drugs to improve radiation response in high-grade gliomas.

2019 Le Zhang et al - Mebendazole Potentiates Radiation Therapy in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer.  "Mebendazole sensitizes Triple Negative Breast Cancer cells to ionizing radiation in vitro and in vivo, resulting in improved tumor control in a human xenograft model of TNBC" How can tumors shrink up to 96% with no chemo? Shouldn't be possible, according to modern Oncology.

Case No. 19: 64 year old female with Stage 3B Colon Cancer with no chemotherapy

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in May 2025 (source):

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 64 year old woman with Stage 3B Colon Cancer did not want chemo, and was declared "Cancer Free" 3 months later!

Oncologists will push chemo on you in vast majority of cases but do you always need it?

This patient didn't think so.

A 64 year old patient with Stage 3B Colon Cancer had surgery in January 2025 which found involvement of two lymph nodes. After surgery she was also found to have a suspicious lung nodule on CT. Possibly Stage 4.

We started on Feb.27, 2025:
  • Ivermectin 1.0mg/kg/day
  • Mebendazole 1000mg/day
RESULTS (May 20, 2025):

"I had my appointment with my oncologist today. After reviewing my second Signatera test and my PET results, he pronounced me "CANCER-FREE!"
"Even though he had recommended chemo, he was aware that I had chosen an alternative protocol using repurposed drugs...and he supported me in my decision"

And the best part:
"I cannot begin to adequately express my heartfelt gratitude for your expertise and dedication in helping successfully fight cancer for patients such as me. Truly, you have made a life-altering impact, in the best of ways, for me and my family"

Cancer Free. Avoided chemo. Oncologist supported patient's decision.

Case No. 18: 52 year old California man diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer metastatic to liver and lung

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in May 2025 (source):

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 52 year old California man diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer metastatic to liver and lungs has a dramatic response on PET/CT after only 2 months!

Another wonderful cancer success story! Sometimes patients come to me as soon as they're diagnosed. And we get to work right away!

STORY: 52 year old California man was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer metastatic to liver and lungs on Jan.3, 2025.

We started in late January 2025:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 888mg/day
Oncologist started: mFOLFOXIRI

RESULTS on PET/CT (after 2 months):

Rectal Primary Tumor: SUV* 27.76 to SUV* 5.89 (“almost complete response”)

Liver metastases:
  • SUV 8 to 4.63
  • SUV 8.9 to 5.11 SUV 8.8 to 3.55
  • SUV 7.77 to 4.35
  • SUV 7.24 to 3.24
  • Right Inguinal nodes  SUV 3.35 to 1.6
  • Left Inguinal nodes SUV 4.18 to 2.15
MY TAKE…For now, I’m mostly sharing results obtained after 2 or 3 months of Ivermectin and Fenbendazole or Mebendazole. Why?

It takes 2-3 months to start seeing results on imaging scans.

In this case, there was a very impressive metabolic response on PET/CT after only 2 months, which indicates cancer cell killing happening before the tumors start shrinking.

On a CT, many of these lesions would still appear to be the same size after 2 months, but on PET/CT most metastases show a drop in metabolism by over 50% with the rectal primary showing a drop of 80%.

You will notice in these stories that the patients are described as feeling great, and doing “better” than similar patients who are strictly following their Oncologist’s advice and not taking Ivermectin or any other repurposed drugs.

“They can’t explain why he is doing much better than all the other patients”

*Note: SUV in PET scans stands for 'Standardized Uptake Value'. It's a semiquantitative measurement that indicates the concentration of a radiotracer, like FDG (fluorodeoxyglucose), in a specific area of a PET scan image. Essentially, it measures how much of the radioactive substance is absorbed by a particular tissue or organ, relative to the total amount injected. SUV reflects the metabolic activity of tissues and organs. Higher SUV values generally indicate increased metabolic activity, which can be associated with various conditions, including cancer, infection, or inflammation.

Case No. 17: 52-year-old Colorado patient with Stage 4 Colorectal cancer

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in May 2025 (source):

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 52 year old Colorado patient with Stage 4 Colorectal cancer almost completely clears his cancer. Oncologist said there was only 1% chance of this outcome!! What an incredible story this is!! Sometimes, patients take matters into their own hands, use my Ivermectin protocols and have huge success that completely floors their Oncologist.

STORY: This 52 year old Colorado patient with Stage 4 Colon Cancer did something incredible. His CEA peaked at 1700! I have rarely seen a number this high. He was progressing rapidly. He took 160mg Ivermectin and 1000mg Fenbendazole along with his 13 rounds of chemo. His CEA went from 1700 to 4 and his CT showed complete resolution of Colon tumor and almost complete resolution of liver metastases. His Oncologist said it was 1% chance of getting these results!! He has been on Ivermectin & Fenbendazole for 11 months (160mg IVM & 1000 Fenben).

We are now working together to get him to “CANCER FREE”.

From the patient:
"My CEA numbers jumped to 1700 and my oncologist urged me to start chemo. Around the same time found you on X and have been following your recommendations for my body weight"
"I have had 13 rounds of chemo while continuing your protocol and my numbers have dropped to 4!!! My CT scans have came back with no detectable tumor in my colon and only a couple small spots in the liver" "He can't comment or discuss anything not approved by the FDA. He did not expect these results at all!!! He gave me a 60% chance of having any response at all, just to slow it down"
"I was told that I had a very low chance of chemo getting me down to these number and here I am. He told me at 1% get down to CEA 4 with my diagnosis"

Case No. 16: 52-year-old Arizona female with Stage 4 Rectal Cancer with liver metastases.

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in May 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Protocol - 52 year old Arizona patient with Stage 4 Rectal Cancer responds dramatically after 3 months!

This patient discovered our world's first published Ivermectin and Fenbendazole Cancer Protocol, and started on their own! 52 year old woman was diagnosed with Stage 4 Rectal Cancer with liver metastases. She started the Protocol in our peer-reviewed paper but then she came to me for fine-tuning.

For two months we did:
  • Ivermectin 84mg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1500mg/day
  • 108mg CBD Oil
RESULTS:
CEA dropped from 25.3 to 7.9 (70% drop!) Next step in these cases is always imaging follow-up, ideally PET/CT but CT with contrast works as well.

From the patient:
"We were very happy seeing CEA levels drop dramatically".

Case No. 15: 58-year-old male diagnosed with metastatic colon adenocarcinoma with liver metastasis, resistant to conventional treatments

Aydin et al (Frontiers in Oncology 2024) - Case report: Precision guided reactive cancer management: molecular complete response in heavily pretreated metastatic CRC (Colo-Rectal Cancer) by dual immunotherapy and mebendazole.
  • Nivolumab (anti-PD-1) was given at a monthly dose of 400 mg,
  • Ipilumab (anti-CTLA-4) was administered every two months at a dose of 50 mg,
  • Lenvatinib (Lenvima) was prescribed at a daily dosage of 10 mg, and
  • Mebendazole was used twice daily at a dose of 100 mg each time.

Case No. 14: 6-year-old Canadian Man with Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Cancer of small bowel
Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in April 2025:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 63 year old Canadian Man with Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Cancer of small bowel has great response after 1 month! I'm often told that chemo does all the work, not the repurposed drugs.

Well then, here is a NO CHEMO, NO RADIATION testimonial! 63 year old Canadian Man with Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Cancer of small bowel metastatic to liver and pancreas.

Came to me a couple of months ago:
5 weeks of Ivermectin 48mg and Mebendazole 500mg daily. No chemo. No radiation.

RESULTS on CT:
Smallest tumors will shrink the fastest: 10mm to 3mm is 97.3% volume shrinkage
16mm to 12mm doesn’t seem like that much but it is 58% shrinkage
23mm to 19mm is 44% shrinkage
36mm to 32mm is 30% shrinkage.

This is very impressive for such a short period of time with no conventional therapy! No chemo. No rad.

From Patient:
"Using volume reduction the tumors shrinkage was between 30% and 97%!! I hope to report more good news to you in the future"

This is why I design my protocols for 3 months, the smallest tumors will often shrink significantly enough to be seen on CT as shrinking, or will disappear altogether! The largest tumors can take a bit longer and sometimes they appear “stable” or “unchanged” even when many of the cancer cells have died. That's why PET/CT is a much superior follow-up imaging modality as it will also show the metabolic activity of the tumors. Wasn't an issue here, all tumors shrunk 30% up to 97%.

Case No. 13 - 2025: 57 year old man with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in April 2025:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 57 year old man with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer (TURBO CANCER) sees dramatic improvement in 3 months! CEA* drops from 96 to 3.3, liver metastasis shrinks 88%
Today's Ivermectin success story is Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer.

STORY: 57 year old man with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer metastatic to liver "my beloved husband is 57 years old and just diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon and liver cancer. A doctor told us he is inoperable and incurable...the only thing i can attribute this to is that stupid vaccination"

They reached out to my Ivermectin Cancer Clinic in January 2025 He started 120mg Ivermectin and 1000mg Mebendazole on Jan.13, 2025, along with chemo on Jan.19, 2025. After exactly 3 months:

CEA dropped from 96 to 48 to 16.9 to 7.1 to 5.0 to 3.3 (normal)

“Oncologist was extremely surprised” by the dramatic drops in CEA. 3.6cm Liver segment II metastasis shrunk to 1.8cm (87.5% shrinkage in tumor volume, according to Grok-3)

Always look for the Oncologist’s surprised reactions which will tell you what can be attributed to the chemo and what can be attributed to Ivermectin, Fenbendazole or Mebendazole.

*Note: The CEA (CarcinoEmbryonic Antigen) is a marker often used to monitor certain cancers (like colorectal or breast cancer), but it can also rise due to inflammation, infections, or other non-cancerous conditions. At times, cancer cells breakdown or immune activation could also cause a transient elevation in markers like CEA before they normalize.

Case No. 12 - 2025: Stage 4 Rectal Cancer patient (small cell Neuroendocrine) with metastases to the liver and bones (April 2025)

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - Stage 4 Rectal Cancer patient (small cell Neuroendocrine) with metastases to the liver and bones has a dramatic response to therapy!

"My mother has Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer - spread to liver and bones. Please help us! Dear Dr.Makis, a friend from work told me about your protocol using Fenbendazole and Ivermectin. My mother is in the hospital and I'm afraid for her life".

Let's say I made a few small suggestions.

And not even 3 months later:

"We received some incredible news from her oncologist. The doctor said the scans were AMAZING! He is very, very happy. The tumor has shrunk more than half and changed density for the better. The liver and all the other places it was going are practically undetectable"
And of course my favorite part:  "We are overwhelmed with gratitude for this progress, especially after being told this cancer was likely terminal. Your protocol has given us both hope and healing, and we thank God for leading us to you." These beautiful emails fill my heart with joy.
Small Cell Cancer like this is much more aggressive than its Colorectal adenocarcinoma counterpart and chemo response isn't all that great.
Unless you add repurposed drugs.
  • Ivermectin 80mg/day
  • Fenbendazole 888mg/day
Initially, she had started with Ivermectin 24mg and Fenbendazole 444mg. I use higher doses and have higher rates of success than anyone else!

Case No. 11: 84-yr-old Colon Cancer patient

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter (Dec 2024):

"IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 84 year old Colon Cancer patient from Argentina "essentially on his deathbed" sees significant improvement with low doses!"

"I am from Argentina...My father is very ill; he is bedridden and weak at 84 years old, and he may have colon cancer. He has received the COVID Vaccine five times" (Turbo Cancer?)

"Refuses to go to the hospital because he is so weak and is essentially on his deathbed."

"I gave him 500mg of Fenbendazole once, along with a very low dose of 12mg of Ivermectin, and he showed significant improvement"

"Please continue your important work; you are making a difference"

"I am sharing this because it is a reminder that even in the most dire situations, you can have a significant impact on someone’s quality of life! Don’t underestimate the impact that Ivermectin and Fenbendazole can have, even in the short term."

Case No. 10: Female with Stage 4 Colon and Liver Cancer
Case No. 9 - 2024: Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer with liver metastases (Oct 2024)

A success case study from Dr William Makis (X/Twitter)

IVERMECTIN & FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial in Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer with liver metastases - Patient in his 60s - dropping CEA and chemo side effects disappear completely!

Sometimes a patient is taking chemotherapy when I get consulted for assistance. So when I suggest a high dose Ivermectin and Fenbendazole Protocol, it comes with two confident predictions:

1. You’ll have a better outcome than chemo alone
2. You’ll have less chemo side effects

Sometimes cancer patients give me a look. It's that "are you sure?" Look. And I just smile. Because I get to see testimonials like this. And I absolutely love seeing it! And yes, within a month we had the CEA levels dropping like a rock too...

Case No. 7: Advanced Colorectal Cancer (October 2024)

Another success case study from Dr William Makis (X/Twitter)

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE in Advanced Colorectal Cancer.
Another great testimonial.
We can see results as early as 3-4 weeks on bloodwork.

Case No. 6: Stage IV colon cancer (January, 2023)

Success story! My husband had stage IV colon cancer detected from first colonoscopy at age 50. He is a very disciplined ex- Marine and once he wrapped his head around the fact that he had cancer and his health was in his control he HIT IT as hard as he could from all angles and it has thus far worked!

He is NED 8 months after initial diagnosis. I have snippets of what he did to get to NED from stage IV colon cancer. We continue to change the protocols as we learn from everyone, as well as other sources. Best wishes to everyone!

Case No. 5: Inoperable colon cancer. Wild type KRAS but BRAF mutated. Positive for CDX2 CK20 Negative CK7.

I was diagnosed on the 13th sept 2018 with inoperable carcinoma colon cancer. Wild type KRAS but BRAF mutated. Positive for CDX2 CK20 Negative CK7.

I was give a bleak 12-18 months with the hope of making it through Christmas 2018. I was offered palliative chemotherapy for end of life pain management, but decided to start taking a number of alternative methods alongside the palliative chemotherapy and continued to take until I finally reached remission.

What I took to get to remission after palliative chemo was all on offer (palliative chemo finished on the 25th March 2019).

After remaining stable and contained from January 2019 for over 12 months I finally got the PET scan results I’d dreamed of. “no active cancer”. (February 2020.) CT scan in August 2020 continued to show improvement and only shows scare tissue where the inoperable Tumour once was.

Case No. 4: stage 4 colon cancer with multiple Mets to the liver (August, 2022)

Hi everybody. I just wanted to share my story with you. On June 11, 2021 I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer with multiple Mets to the liver … I am labeled, “incurable “. When I had a colonoscopy, they couldn’t get the camera past a certain point because the cancer was so thick. 2 months later I had a couple of blockages and had a colon resection done. At this point the cancer took me from 210 pounds down to 165 pounds. I was so scared that I was on my way out. I started the Joe Tippens protocol at this time. Fast forward to today, and the cancer is gone from my colon and we are focusing on the liver. My blood test have come back perfect the last 4 blood test. My oncologist is so excited that he order a CT scan in a couple of weeks. The first photo is when I felt I was on my way out. It’s still hard to see myself like that. The second photo is a couple of weeks old of me camping in the mountains. I really feel that Joe Tippens protocol helped save my life. I’m so thankful for being here and I’m blessed to have each day. Thank you for listening.

Case No. 3: Female with stage 4 Colon Cancer. Mets to base of skull, adrenal glands. (July, 2022)

Positive Results!
My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 Colon Cancer on 3/15/22 just 4 months ago. Mets to base of skull, adrenal glands. Before she had terrible pain at the base of her skull and was on Endone and other pain killers. We found out about Joe Tippens story and started Fenbendazole immediately at 222mg twice a day and then gathered other supplements. 5 days after Fenben her pain was gone. We watched Joes videos and also came across Jane McLelland’s Book “how to starve cancer”. From that we enrolled in her online course to gain better insights and from there we got in touch with the Care Oncology Clinic.

My wife has had only 5 chemo sessions and 1 cycle of treatment radiation over 10 days for 10mins each

Today her Cancer is all but GONE!! in just 4 months. She was given between 6 months and 2 yrs to live and is now basically NED. We would 1st like to thank The Lord Jesus Christ our healing Saviour, Joe for having the guts to try something which and face the ridicule of the public and the medical profession. We would like to thank Jane for her tenacity in overcoming her own battle but much more in researching and publishing the info so that the avg person can understand and beat this insidious disease. Also we are very grateful and would like to thanks the Care Oncology Clinic in UK for their help in refining our protocol for My wife’s particular type of cancer.

Also our Surgeon who put in a stoma called today and will now reverse the operation to remove her colostomy bag as the tumour is all but gone.

We are aware that it’s possible the Cancer may return but it’s now like treating a chronic disease such as diabetes rather than a death sentence. With regular blood tests and scans we can now stay on top of this instead of being a slave to it.

Below is a copy of her results with names and places cut out. If you have been told that Cancer is a death sentence don’t believe it as there is hope. You just have to get the right info.

Case No. 2: August 2024

William David Krawsczyn shared on a Facebook Group:

I was diagnosed 9 years ago with stage 4 colon cancer! Colon, liver, lymph nodes! 44 chemotherapy treatments, 6 surgeries, 3 recurrences of cancer! I have taken fenbendazole and ivermectin off and on during last 9 years! Now have a recurrence of cancer and need to know dosage (ml.’s orally) of each and frequency! I have oral goat dewormer (fenbendazole) and injectable cattle dewormer (ivermectin)! Need to know how much of each to take orally and frequency??

Case No. 1: Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer and Ivermectin

Dr Justus Hope reported on a case of Stage IV Colon Cancer that appeared hopeless. The gentleman, Rick, had widespread metastatic disease affecting the liver and lymph nodes and was told his cancer was “unsurvivable.” At most, he had six months left, according to his oncologist.

Following adding Ivermectin, his tumor markers dropped from 1489 to 4.7, and his metastases calcified and shrunk. This was believed due to the anti-metastatic effect of Ivermectin as it suppresses the WnT Pathway, which cancer stem cells rely upon.

Case No. 3: 66 year old man with Stage 4 esophageal cancer that had spread to the lungs and lymph nodes

Shared by Ben Fen on Substack in November 2023:

This Case Report is from a 66 year old man with metastatic esophageal cancer that had spread to the lungs and lymph nodes. It was determined that the cancer was too advanced for surgery or radiation but he was given palliative chemotherapy. Palliative chemotherapy is typically used when the cancer has spread extensively, is inoperable and chemotherapy is not being used in an attempt to eradicate the cancer. The main goal of palliative chemotherapy treatment is to try to improve the quality of remaining life.

Hi Ben, I have an update for you. I received my results from my scan of last week and I’m still cancer free!

I had Stage 4 Esophageal Adenocarcinoma that was large, 18 centimeters long, that had metastasized primarily to one of my lungs and lymph nodes in the region as well. I also had some lumps in my back that were suspected as cancer too. The cancer had also enveloped veins and arteries in the area which is the main reason why surgery wasn’t considered an option for me. My oncologists determined that my cancer was too advanced for radiation or chemotherapy as well, so I was in real trouble.

They did give me some basic chemotherapy consisting of fluoracil and Herzuma to make my final days more comfortable but I was told these would not get rid of the cancer.

I am cancer free today. I give the glory to God, and deepest heartfelt thanks to the folks here and in a facebook group that helped me through this! Because I was given up on I started doing my own research. There are many different types of substances that appear to have anti-cancer properties so I figured I’d use as many as I could in the short time period I had try them. Here is what I did:

• 222 mg packet of fenbendazole (Panacur-C), once per day
• 2 ml Shiaqga Rapid Immune Recovery (mushroom, frankencense, black cumin, lemon), twice per day
• Multigenics Intensive Care multivitamin (no iron), once per day
• 400 mg Calcium, twice per day
• 1000 IU Vitamin D3, twice per day
• 99 mg Potassium, twice per day
• 5000 mg Vitamin B12, once per day
• 600 mg Curcumin (Theracumin HP), twice per day
• 1000 mg Milk Thistle Extract, once per day
• 33 mg CBD (Recepta Relief 33 Fresh Berry CBD), once per day

I followed this protocol for about 14 months, and I started to feel better at around three months or so into it. In April I was determined to be cancer free, no evidence of disease! And just last week, early November, follow up testing and scans were NED, meaning I’m still cancer free. So that is eight months and counting of being cured! THANK YOU JESUS!

Now I take the one 222 mg packet of Panacur-C each day along with the Theracumin, milk thistle, potassium, and a lot of Jesus!

Proverbs 17:22 tells us, “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine; but a broken spirit drieth the bones.” Prayer and laughter (good attitude) were essential in my recovery!

- A. R., Lexington KY November 4, 2023

Q: Any side effects from anything you were taking?
A: No.

Q: Some of the substances in your list aren’t typically associated with anti-cancer effects, like potassium?
A: OK, those other things like potassium and calcium I took for heart health, B12 for energy, vitamin D for bones and the milk thistle as a liver detox agent. Fenbendazole is what killed the cancer.

Q: Did you tell your doctor you were using fenbendazole?
A: After I started to rally I went to see them and told them about what I was doing. No response from them.

Q: We’re a little confused regarding the timing here? When did you start fenbendazole and when did you first get updated diagnostics?
A: I started fenben in July/August of 2022 and then in April of this year I was first declared cancer free, and then again a follow-up in early Nov. found no evidence of cancer. I felt better pretty soon after starting fenben, after about three months or so. So I’ve been clear for at least 8 months or so as of now.

Q: Did you get any covid shots or boosters?
A: None.

Q: Anything else you’d like to add?
A: For me, I realized something good was happening when I started to feel better. It was easier to swallow which made life so much more normal. The tumors were shrinking which enabled my body to function more normally.

Case No. 1: September 2024

Source: https://t.co/vHiuj67lsa

Description: Posted on September 20, 2024, by @MakisMD, this recounts a story from Daylene Martinez about her father, who was sent home on hospice with advanced esophageal cancer. He reportedly started fenbendazole from Amazon and was declared cancer-free 2.5 months later.

According to Dr William Makis (source):

Patient: 93 year old man with esophageal cancer (distal esophagus), sent home on hospice to die. Her dad took 3ml (300mg) of Safeguard (Merck) Fenbendazole once a day, 3 days on 4 days off, from July 30, 2023 until Oct.10, 2023 when he was declared cancer free on follow-up scans. That’s 2.5 months on what would be considered a fairly low dose of Fenbendazole. The liquid may absorb better than pills or powder.

8. Endometrial (Uterine) Cancer (6 cases)

Cases No. 3 - 6: Endometrial (Uterine) cancer

Dr. William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in March 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonials - ENDOMETRIAL Cancer - Four patients from Canada, USA and Germany respond. This is also a world's first!  I had a pile of good responses from my Endometrial Cancer patients so I thought it would make sense to put some together for a short article. Summary: I have seen Stage 4 Endometrial cancers respond to both Ivermectin and Fenbendazole.  In this article I present four cases: Case 01: 88 yr old Female (Germany) Stage 4 Endometrial Ca, on Fenben CA19-9 dropped from 800 to 90, added Ivermectin and CA19-9 dropped to 80. That’s 90% decrease in CA19-9 Cancer marker. Case 02: 83 yr old Female (Canada) High Grade Serous Endometrial Ca Stage 4, on Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day and Fenben 888mg/day, omental metastasis decreased in size after 2 months. Case 03: 63 yr old Female (USA) High Grade Serous Endometrial Cancer, had surgery in Sep.2024, on Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day and Fenbendazole 888mg/day, “Cancer Free” with negative PET/CT in Jan.2025 after 5 months.

Case 04: 74 yr old Female (Canada) Stage 4 Endometrial Ca, CA125 dropped from 659 to 68 to 44, after 3 months.

The use of Ivermectin and Fenbendazole in Endometrial Cancer has never been published, so my Ivermectin Cancer Clinic is breaking new ground here.
There is one paper that describes Ivermectin inhibiting the WNT pathway, which is key in the proliferation and growth of certain cancers including ENDOMETRIAL. 2014 Melotti et al: The river blindness drug Ivermectin and related macrocyclic lactones inhibit WNT-TCF pathway responses in human cancer. "A variety of sporadic human cancers have been found to harbor hyperactive canonical WNT signaling" "Other cancers also show an active canonical WNT pathway; these include carcinomas of the lung, stomach, cervix, endometrium, and lung as well as melanomas and gliomas"

"We report that Ivermectin inhibits the expression of WNT‐TCF targets" "Ivermectin inhibits the proliferation and increases apoptosis of various human cancer types" "In vivo, Ivermectin selectively inhibits TCF‐dependent, but not TCF‐independent, xenograft growth without obvious side effects" "Given that Ivermectin is a safe anti‐parasitic agent used by > 200 million people against river blindness, our results suggest its additional use as a therapeutic WNT‐TCF pathway response blocker to treat WNT‐TCF‐dependent diseases including multiple cancers." This is why I can often succeed where the top Cancer Centers in the United States fail. Oncologists don't look at Ivermectin research. In fact, they do everything to avoid it. It's not that they don't know. They don't want to know. Yes, some of this Ivermectin research is obscure, not easy to find, and not easy to read. But it's there. Endometrial cancer responds to Ivermectin, and we have an idea why (Ivermectin blocks a key cancer proliferation pathway called the WNT pathway that is active in Endometrial and Cervical cancers).

Case No. 2: 81-yr-old female with Stage 4 recurrent Endometrial Uterine Cancer (May, 2023)

My 81 yo mother, Virginia, found out she had recurrent Endometrial Uterine Cancer back in Sept 2022. Stage 4 and Mets to abdominal area, lymph nodes, chest cavity and lungs. Radiation was not an option and she opted out of chemo, which would have only bought her a few extra months but would have made her very sick and weak. The doctor put her on a Hormone Blocker to keep it from growing any more. (But if in the lymph nodes, does it really stop it??) The Dr. sent her home to be under Hospice care for the remainder of her short time left on this earth.

I was not ready to accept this!! (Plus, my father has dementia and desperately needs her!) I prayed to God to give us wisdom and guidance. Within 24 hrs., three people approached me about the Joe Tippen Protocol, which I had never heard of at that time. I figured I might ought to listen so I googled and got sucked in! I started learning everything I could learn about it. Then I presented it to mom. She said, “Well, what do we have to lose!?!?”

So, in Oct, through prayer and God’s guidance, I got her up and running on “things” (FenBen, Tudca, Serrapetase, Tumeric, High-Dose Melatonin, Turkey Tail, Apricot Seeds, drinking Baking Soda water, and rubbing on Frankincense). She has been very weak this whole time so we weren’t sure if it was working or not. We planned her funeral, etc….

Then, 5 mo later, her Dr insisted she have another scan. She was very apprehensive but agreed. We (including the dr) were blown away by the results!!! The tumors are either gone or have shrunk considerably!!!! (All but ONE, which basically has stayed the same). All of the ascites (malignant fluid all in her Ab area) was GONE!! The Doctor patted himself on the back but WE PRAISE GOD AND FENBEN!!!

We take one day at a time and hope and pray for the best for years to come but, for today, things are going well!!! (Other than her weakness)

*UPDATE: I added her protocol as a picture so take notice for those interested.

Case No. 1: Stage 4 Endometrial carcinoma (January, 2023)

Condition: Endometrial carcinoma

In May 2021 I was diagnosed with stage IV endometrial carcinoma. I went through 6 months of hard chemo and 12 months of Maintenance chemo. March 2022 I started fenbendazole working up to 2000 mg a day, along with other supplements. I had a consult this month with Zahara, and she recommended tweaking a few things and adding a few more supplements. I worked hard on my mindset and made sure I surrounded myself with positivity. I received the best news today I could hope for. No evidence of active disease. Never give up!

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in May 2025:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 67 year old woman from Zimbabwe with Stage 4 H&N SCC of Oropharynx has excellent response after less than 3 months! I have patients from Australia to Zimbabwe. I'm going to go deep with this success story. STORY: 67 year old woman from Zimbabwe was diagnosed with H&N Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the back of the tongue in August 2022. She had chemo/rad. May 2023 to Nov.2023 declared cancer free, then found to have liver mets and was declared Stage 4. Dec.2023 to Nov.2024 was on Keytruda with good response. Nov.2024 she failed Keytruda and developed new liver and bone metastases. Reached out to me in late January 2025. In February 2025 we started: Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day Mebendazole 1000mg/day RESULTS on PET/CT after less than 3 months: Liver: “Previously visualized metastatic deposits have decreased in size, quantity and avidity” Pelvic Lymph nodes: Left paraaortic 2.1x1.3cm SUV 7.6 to 1.6x1.1cm SUV 2.1 (46% volume shrinkage) Right common iliac: 1.2x1.1cm to 0.6x0.4mm (93% volume shrinkage) Bone lesions: Manubrium SUV 11.5 to 1.7 L2 vertebral body SUV 3.5 to 2.6 Left Sacrum SUV 5.6 to 2.0 This success was a combination of: Keytruda + Carboplatin + Paclitaxel + Xgeva + Ivermectin + Mebendazole. Summary: Dec.2023 to Nov.2024: Patient on cutting edge cancer drugs developed liver and bone metastases. Feb.2025 to May 2025: Patient added Ivermectin & Mebendazole to new chemo/immuno and all metastases are shrinking and decreasing in metabolic activity. Liver, bone and lymph node metastases. LESSON: Patients often come to me when they’re at Stage 4 and progressing on the best cancer drugs modern Oncology has to offer. I am asked to clean up Modern Oncology's failures. Imagine if this patient had Ivermectin and Mebendazole at initial diagnosis. She may have never progressed to stage 4. And Big Pharma would have missed out on $100,000s in profit. This is how it works. Let’s say I can go back in time and re-do history. My Revision: Patient is diagnosed with tongue cancer in Aug.2022, is put on Chemo/Rad/ Ivermectin/Mebendazole, declared cancer free in May 2023 and stays cancer free. But where is the profit in that? Reality of Modern Oncology: Patient is diagnosed with tongue cancer in Aug.2022, is put on chemo/rad, doctors mock Ivermectin & Mebendazole, declared cancer free May 2023, becomes Stage 4 Nov.2023 with liver mets and eventually spreads to the bones, and she spends 1.5 years battling an uphill battle with Stage 4 Cancer, while big pharma rakes in $100,000s of profit on chemo and immunotherapy. This IS Modern Oncology. No one knows how bad it is until they experience it. Now imagine how low IQ someone has to be to attack me for trying to help these patients. Not only does Modern Oncology not solve the problem at initial diagnosis, but vast majority of patients see their cancer return within 1-2 years. This is where Modern Oncology really makes their money, once the patient is Stage 4 and on the endless treadmill of chemo and immunotherapy that allows Big pharma to make $100,000s until the patient dies. These are the messes I am asked to clean up. This is why I am so confident with my approach with repurposed drugs: Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Mebendazole. Because I know how weak Modern Oncology is. How utterly abysmal their success rates. I do what they can't even dream of. From the patient: "As a matter of interest, her oncologist was blown away with her recent scan results and I told her about you and that she has been on a repurposed medicine protocol from you." "Her Oncologist was blown away".

Case No. 4: 62-year-old man with Stage 4 Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Tonsil (HPV+) with Lung Metastases

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 62 year old man with Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Tonsil (HPV+) progressing with Lung Metastases - Cancer Free after 2.5 months! Sounds unbelievable, doesn't it? Stage 4 to Cancer free in such a short time... STORY: 62 year old man diagnosed with HPV Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Tonsil in August 2024 Treated with 5 rounds of chemo and 37 rounds of radiation in late 2024. Was told cancer had spread to lungs in Dec.2024. Reached out to me in January, 2025. We started: Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day Mebendazole 1000mg/day Oncologist put him on: Paclitaxel, Carboplatin, Pembrolizumab RESULTS (after 2.5 months): Negative NavDx Test Result CT: "Substantial response to treatment with near complete resolution of pulmonary metastatic disease. No new suspicious pulmonary nodule" From the patient: "I had a scan on Dec.30 and it showed the cancer had moved to my lungs and I had numerous nodules in both lungs" "Heard about you and reached out in January to you. As soon as I received your protocol I began following your regimen" "The good news is the scan of my lungs taken March 30 and the NavDx Blood test drawn on April 3 both reflect I am cancer free" I run the world's largest Ivermectin Cancer Clinic. Yes, the results can be this dramatic. This quickly. Here is the part that most people miss. This patient developed Stage 4 metastatic disease to the lungs after doing 5 rounds of chemo and 37 radiation treatments. In other words, this patient was at an earlier stage, went to get the best treatment modern Oncology had to offer, and ended up with Stage 4 Cancer spread shortly after. I see this all the time. Mainstream Oncology is an absolute disaster. They don't cure anything. The treatments have no long term durability. No staying power. The cancer comes back. Oncology needs a complete overhaul, but until then - we save lives with repurposed drugs: Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Mebendazole and more...Mainstream Oncology has no idea what's coming and they're NOT ready for it....

Shared on a Facebook Private Group (January 2025):

"I was diagnosed with stage 4 salivary gland cancer in April 2023. Had surgery and got most removed then did a very light chemo and 30 rounds of radiation. In August of 2023 my scans came back clean. We thought I was all done! Around March I had follow up scans done and now I have tumors on my spine, tailbone, liver, lung and pelvis. I've been on the ivermectin, fenbendazole protocol for a few months now. I'm from Kansas city and they aren't really familiar with my type of cancer...it's pretty rare. We came to MD ANDERSON Sunday to see if there is more they can do for me. I had scans done today but no results as of yet. The doctor has some ideas on what he wants to do. He was amazing, wish I could take him home with me! Anyway, that's my story in a nutshell and praying the doctors , protocol I'm doing and the grace of God, my Lord and Savior will help prolong my life cause I'm definitely not ready to go yet! Thank you for letting me share....God bless all of you".

Case No. 2: 71 year old Canadian man with aggressive Stage 4 Oropharynx cancer (February 2025)

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter:

IVERMECTIN & FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 71 year old Canadian man with aggressive Stage 4 Oropharynx cancer sees hope and dramatic tumor shrinkage.
This patient was really not doing well on conventional radiation and chemotherapy, until he came to me... 71 year old Canadian man with aggressive Stage 4 Oropharynx cancer, progressing with lung metastases and not doing well with conventional treatments. His Canadian oncologists couldn't get the cancer under control. TREATMENT: From October 2024 we started: Ivermectin 40 to 80mg a day (he struggled but really tried to get the dose up) Fenbendazole 1000mg a day, 6 days a week A few weeks later oncologists started: Keytruda RESULTS: CT Jan.20, 2025: “On palliative systemic therapy” A bit over 3 months on Ivermectin 40-80mg and Fenbendazole 1000mg 6 times a week. Oropharynx primary tumor down from 4.0cm to 3.2cm. Right parotid mass shrunk 71% from 5.8cm to 1.7cm !! Laryngeal soft tissue mass is GONE. Cervical adenopathy shrunk 31% from 1.6cm to 1.1cm. !!

Not bad for 3 months of repurposed drugs in combination with palliative KEYTRUDA.

This was an extremely challenging case of a Stage 4 Cancer patient who was deteriorating rapidly after radiation and conventional chemotherapy I believe we've turned things around beautifully in a way his Canadian Oncologists simply couldn't'. So far from what I'm seeing, Head and Neck cancers are responsive to Ivermectin/Fenbendazole or Ivermectin/Mebendazole, either will work!

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 63 year old Florida man with Stage 4 Renal Cell Clear Cell Cancer metastatic to chest becomes "CANCER FREE" after 3 months! Renal Cancer is a tough one...or...is it? 62 year old man with history of Stage 3 locally advanced Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma had a 3 cm tumor recurrence in the hilum. In early August 2024, this was one of my first patients. We started: Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day increasing to 2mg/kg/day Fenbendazole 1000mg/day July 2024 PET/CT showed: 3cm hilar metastasis Aug 2024 (early): Ivermectin + Fenbendazole Oncologist: immunotherapy Nov.18, 2024 PET/CT: Cancer Free Apr.5, 2024 PET/CT: Cancer Free April 7 patient wrote me: "I promised I would keep you in the loop on my follow-up PET/CT scan. No evidence of cancer! Again, I want to thank you for helping me. " "Most people I talk to, especially those that have cancer or their loved ones have cancer, think I am nuts with the protocol I take but the results speak for themselves!" "I will keep spreading the word and praying for you and your family" PET/CT April 5, 2025: "No evidence of recurrent or residual renal cell cancer". "The most recent PET/CT showed a complete response" "My Oncologist is thrilled". I bet he is! Because he sure as heck didn't do this. My Take... Quick. Easy. Cancer Free. Look, it honestly doesn't have to be complicated. The good news here is that there wasn't much overall tumor burden to deal with. One 3cm lesion. Patient jumped on this quickly before it spread further and he also knew that the Oncologist, having failed once, probably wasn't going to fix this. Remember, he was cancer free, on top of the line treatment that modern Oncology can offer in the United States (immunotherapy) and he STILL developed a 3cm recurrent cancer! I don't know how he found me, but he did. It was Day 3 of my Cancer Clinic. I'm now in the 8th month.

*Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common type of kidney cancer, making up about 80% of all kidney cancer cases.

Case No. 6: 68 yr old Male with Stage 4 Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma - shrinking lung metastases by 60-70%!

Dr. William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in March 2025:

Do you think Renal Cell Carcinoma can be beaten? Most doctors will tell you it can't.  Well, they're wrong.  Of course, your local friendly mRNA Vaccinated Oncologist has no chance to even contemplate this. Story: 68 year old man with Stage 4 Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma and lung metastases reached out to my Ivermectin Cancer Clinic.
   Did a 3 month protocol of :
  • Ivermectin 2mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 888mg/day
  • CBD Oil 25mg/day
  • Melatonin 120mg/day
RESULTS: Largest lung metastasis shrunk from 1.3x0.7cm to 1.2x0.3cm. According to Grok, that’s a reduction of 60-70% tumor volume. Another lung nodule shrunk 0.7cm to 0.6cm, a reduction of 37% tumor volume. No chemo. No radiation. No immunotherapy.

Case No. 3,4 and 5: Three patients with different primary kidney related tumors demonstrated complete response (CR) after receiving FenBendaZole (FBZ) therapy.

Despite multiple anecdotal stories and news outlet reports for its efficacy in treating metastatic cancer, the clinical literature behind utilizing FBZ (fenbendazole) as a potential anti-neoplastic agent remains nonexistent. Existing scientific studies have primarily studied its mechanism of action through the use of animal models. In a study published in Clin Oncol Case Rep (2020), researchers from Stanford University describe three cases where patients achieved complete responses, including two who experienced progression after multiple lines of therapy, when FBZ was used alone or in combination with standard therapies.

In summary, three patients with different primary genitourinary tumors who demonstrated complete response after receiving FBZ therapy. This raises the question of how effective FBZ can be as an anti-oncogenic agent and merits further investigation.

According to the authors:

Prior studies have demonstrated cancer response to immune checkpoint inhibitors such as nivolumab as a third-line agent in mRCC (metastatic renal cell carcinoma). The duration of therapy was often much longer requiring a median therapy duration of 6 months with 24% overall response rate in third-line treatment. It is possible that our first patient with mRCC would have achieved a significant response to nivolumab alone without FBZ. However, given the complete radiologic response on only 1 month of immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy, it also seems likely that FBZ played a notable role in inducing remission. This is supported by the fact that our patient has remained in extended remission while only on FBZ for nearly a year without further administration of immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.

Case No. 1: Stage 4 Kidney Cancer (December, 2021)

In 2016 I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in my kidney and abdomen alongside a secondary diagnosis of follicular lymphoma. The Oncologist predicted that if I am lucky I will have 6 months left to spare.

I declined any medical help that came my way and decided with dedication and faith to take the natural path to healing from the very beginning of my cancer journey.

It has been a challenging journey for me the last year and I thought I might not make it at one point. But, then, everything started to change and my symptoms were fading slowly but surely from using various methods and eventually ended up taking fenbendazole and following the protocol religiously. I started off on a dose of 150mg and kept on increasing it from there over a period of four months. I showed symptoms when I hit the 600mg dosage and was very concerned that it might not be the best approach and even though I kept on increasing the dose over a reasonable amount of time and took a break off of it for a couple of days before I would continue on it again.

Over the last month the swelling in my face seems to have decreased and I don’t experience anymore pain in my eye, and the lymph nodes were busy disappearing up to the point of not being visible anymore. My persistence and belief in the protocol paid off, this is the least I can say!

I still have a long journey to walk, but I am more motivated than ever and I attribute all the success to the use of this protocol and encourage everyone to give it a go! Do not lose hope.

12. Liver Cancer Success Story

Case No. 1: Stage 4 (metastatic) HCC (HepatoCellular Carcinoma) liver cancer (September, 2021)

I was given less than two years to live in 2020 when I was diagnosed with stage 4 (metastatic) HCC (HepatoCellular Carcinoma) liver cancer. I received radiation directly onto the tumors and went for immunotherapy which did not bring any improvement to my state I was in. My wife and family did research and came across the fenbendazole protocol. I had nothing left to lose, so I decided to give it a try.

13. Lung Cancer Success Stories (17 Cases)

We have compiled a list of ivermecin and fenbendazole or mebendazole for lung cancer case reports below.

This compilation features several case reports involving the use of ivermectin and/or fenbendazole for lung cancer.

Case No. 17 - 2025: Stage 4 Lung Cancer

Evans Wroten shared on X/Twitter in March 2024 with latest update in June 2025:

June 2025 update:

This has had really good results for me. Don’t know if it’s the Keytruda or the protocol or both. Just grateful to be doing better.

March 2024 X post:

For those who have been following me on my cancer journey, I thought I’d fill you in on my latest scans and medical update.

For some background and context I was diagnosed head/neck cancer in December 2020. While they couldn’t identify the primary source, the cancer was in the lymph nodes of my neck, base of my tongue and back of my throat.

In January of 2021 I began treatment at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. 35 treatments of radiation with 3 tranches of chemo (cisplatin). It was a bit of a rough road, but treatment results seemed to please everyone.

In the spring of 2023 I went in for my normal scans and found that the cancer had jumped to my lungs (bilateral stage IV).Almost immediately there were two treatments of directed radiation at very specific tumors and I began treatments of immunotherapy (Keytruda) every 3 weeks.

I've been very impressed and pleased with my care team from the beginning but I also wanted to be an aggressive advocate for my own treatment and care.

Upon learning of the spread to my lungs, I did another deep dive into various repurposed medications and naturopathic treatments that I had started reading about during my initial treatments for my head/neck cancer, but had stopped because we thought we had the disease in remission. During this process I received a lot of input from other cancer survivors, as well as oncologists from the UK, South African and the US. Over a few months, I put together a high dose vitamin and repurposed medication protocol which I've been using since 2023.

My approach to treatment is 3 fold.
1. Prayer (even if you don't believe or feel like a fraud, do it anyway....trust me, it helps)
2. Immunotherapy intravenous (Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Cancer Center every 3 weeks.
3. Protocol listed below.

I have always been 100% transparent with all the physicians on my care team concerning this protocol and I’ve always asked for their feedback and concerns. While they did not encourage me to use this protocol, they also didn’t tell me not to. I’ve always told them that if they had concerns that this protocol might hurt me or prevent positive results in treating my cancer, that I would stop it immediately. To date, they have not objected in any way.

Just as an FYI, I'm not suggesting this for anyone other than me, but I here is my protocol.
  • Fenbendazole 222mg day - Every day
  • Ivermectin 12mg to 24mg day - Every day
  • Turkey tail mycelium powder - 1 tsp day
  • Vitamin D + K2 Liquid 30,000 I/U day
  • Fish Oil 5,000mg day
  • Vitamin C 3,000mg day
  • Multi Vitamin 2,000mg day
  • Start a ketogenic diet or carnivore diet immediately
To date my results are:

March 18th 2024 update:
No cancer found in my head and neck.

3. Healing right anterior third rib fracture. (due to directed radiation 12 months prior)

March 25, 2025 Update:
Overall: Category 1 - no evidence of recurrence.
Primary: Category 1 - no evidence of recurrence.
Neck: Category 1 - no evidence of recurrence.
Stable right upper lobe pulmonary nodules and bilateral perihilar bronchocentric opacity and scar. No new pulmonary nodules or disease progression. Stable intrathoracic adenopathy.Lungs/pleura: Bilateral perihilar linear opacity with slight lung volume loss. No definite new findings. Stable right apical nodules (85 series 4). No pleural effusion, or pneumothorax.

Case No. 16 - 2025: Japanese man with Stage 4 Lung Cancer (video link below)

  • Fenbendazole
  • Vitamin D
  • CBD Oil

Case No. 15: 53 year old USA man with Stage 4 NSCLC Lung Cancer metastatic to lymph nodes and adrenals

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in May 2025:

Ivermectin and Mebendazole Testimonial - 53 year old USA man with Stage 4 NSCLC Lung Cancer metastatic to lymph nodes, adrenals, has almost complete resolution after 1 month! So many Lung Cancer Testimonials to choose from!

STORY: 53 year old man (USA) with Stage 4 NSCLC Lung Cancer with extensive metastases to mediastinal lymph nodes, adrenals, brain. Had been on Keytruda since April 2024 We started (end of Jan.2025):
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Mebendazole 1000mg/day
PET Scan done just over 1 month later:

“Interval near complete resolution of extensive hypermetabolic mediastinal and hilar adenopathy” “Interval resolution of previously demonstrated hypermetabolic adrenal metastases”.
"Interval" in this case is since the start of Ivermectin and Mebendazole, which the patient started in January.

My Take...

Not every patient who comes to me, is progressing. Some patients come to me when they're having partial success with chemo, radiation or immunotherapy.

This is where Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole can really dramatically improve results. This combination, in addition to killing cancer cells, also acts as a chemosensitizer and radiosensitizer. Which means more cancer cells are killed once chemo is added, or radiation treatment takes place.

Case No. 14: 64 year old Canadian woman with Stage 4 NSCLC Lung Cancer with Brain metastases

Case testimonial from Dr William Makis (X/Twitter) in April 2025:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 64 year old Canadian woman with Stage 4 NSCLC Lung Cancer with Brain metastases has incredible response (up to 90% brain lesion shrinkage)! I always get asked about cancer in the brain. Well, there is hope there too!

STORY: 64 year old Canadian woman with Stage 4 NSCLC Lung Cancer with 20+ Brain metastases

We started in mid February 2025:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Mebendazole 2000mg/day (yes, you read that correctly. Now you know why the clinical trials they did with Mebendazole at 200mg/day didn't work)
RESULTS after 2 months:
  • Lesion 1 - 16x13mm to 10x7mm = 80% shrinkage
  • Lesion 2 - 16x15mm to 12x10mm = 65% shrinkage
  • Lesion 3 - 13mm to 9mm = 67% shrinkage
  • Lesion 4 - 13mm to 6mm = 90% shrinkage
  • Lesion 5 - 8mm to 4mm = 88% shrinkage
Consider: this is shrinkage of brain metastases after 2 months of Ivermectin and Mebendazole!!

From the patient:

"Thank you so much for your guidance and support, this is very encouraging and gives me hope for the future"

Case No. 13: 45-year-old UK woman with Stage 4 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer with lymph node, liver and adrenal metastases

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in April 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 45 year old UK woman with Stage 4 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer with lymph node, liver and adrenal metastases, has 75% of disease gone after 4 months! Ready for a nice Stage 4 Lung Cancer story?  45 year old UK woman with Stage 4 NSCLC Lung Cancer with lymph node, liver, and adrenal metastases. In early September 2024 we started:
  • Ivermectin 1 to 2 mg/kg/day (eventually built up to 96mg Ivermectin a day, or 1.5mg/kg)
  • Fenbendazole 444mg a day
  • CBD Oil 25mg a day
  • Melatonin 120mg a day
Oncologist started Osimertinib (Tagrisso)

RESULTS (January 2025 PET/CT):
  • Adrenal metastasis shrunk from 6cm to 3.6cm
  • Lymph node metastases resolved
  • Liver metastases resolved
  • Oncologist estimated 75% of tumor burden had resolved.
The patient had some transient visual side effects with Ivermectin which are typical in the beginning but they went away.

"Liver completely cleared up"
"Lymph lump in neck completely gone"

Case No. 12: Stage 4 Lung Cancer patient in India with metastases to brain, liver and bones, sees dramatic recovery including "complete resolution" of liver & bone mets!  (Jan 2025 update)

Case testimonial from Dr William Makis (X/Twitter) in Jan 2025:

"IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - Stage 4 Lung Cancer patient in India with metastases to brain, liver and bones, sees dramatic recovery including "complete resolution" of liver & bone mets! An International story you're going to love! Adarsh contacted me in early September 2024 about his dying father in India who had Stage 4 Lung Cancer with metastases everywhere including brain, liver, bones.
"doctors has given some months to live".
So I suggested an Ivermectin/Fenbendazole Protocol - something simple, yet powerful:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 444mg/day (I suggested up to 888mg)
RESULTS:

PET Scan of 27 November, 2024:
  • complete metabolic resolution of liver and bone metastases (!)
  • decrease in size and number of mediastinal lymph nodes
  • decrease in size of brain metastases (!)
  • decrease in lung lesion.
There are people who claim Ivermectin and Fenbendazole don't cross the Blood Brain Barrier. Well, they're wrong!"

Case No. 11:

source: https://substack.com/home/post/p-155091883

Case No. 9: 40s year old California Man with Stage 4 Lung Cancer (Jan 2025 update)

Case testimonial from Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

"IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 40s year old California Man with Stage 4 Lung Cancer (post three Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccines, Turbo Cancer?) sees dramatic improvement in 3 months! Another wonderful story for you:

40s year old California man (who had three Pfizer COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines), was coughing for months, and was diagnosed with an unexpected Stage 4 Lung Cancer (NSCLC) metastatic to numerous lymph nodes and pleura, with a pleural effusion. We started an aggressive protocol:
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day increasing slowly to 2mg/kg/day (high dose!)
  • Fenbendazole 888mg/day
  • Oncologist also started Tagrisso (Osimertinib)
3 Months Later:
  • Primary lung tumor reduced in size from 3cm to 2cm.
  • Pleural effusion resolved completely (!)
  • Gained 15 pounds of weight from his lowest before he started the protocol. These are very significant improvements!"

Case No. 8: 40s year old woman with Stage 4 NSCLC (Non Small Cell Lung Cancer)

Case testimonial from Dr William Makis (X/Twitter) in Nov 2024:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 40s year old woman with Stage 4 NSCLC (Non Small Cell Lung Cancer) - dramatic improvement after 3 months!

40s year old Stage 4 Lung Cancer Patient in the UK In August 2024, we started Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day and Fenbendazole 444mg/day 6 days on 1 day off

There were some transient visual effects from Ivermectin to overcome in the first few weeks (see messages) But they went away after a few days!

And less need for strong pain medications! 3 month Follow-up Report:

“Cancer is stable and all lesions / tumours have shrunk”
“biggest shrink of all was the one above adrenal gland which has gone from 6cm to 3.6cm!”
“spots on the left lung and liver were so small they were too small to measure”

My Take… It is wonderful to see results like this after only 3 months! Sometimes there are some minor growing pains in the beginning - some transient side effects to overcome (like the visual side effects of ivermectin), but once you overcome them, it’s smooth sailing! In this case they lasted about 10 days and then they were gone.

And yes, we did push to get to Ivermectin 2mg/kg/day (substantial dose) and Fenbendazole 888mg/day (moderate dose). Can you imagine a Stage 4 Lung 6cm adrenal metastasis shrinking to 3.6cm and all other lesions shrinking, some disappearing or becoming too small to measure? In just 3 months? Not bad for horse medicine!

Case No. 7: November 2024

Case sharing by Gerard Donald (X/Twitter):

I'm not ready to post exact details, but my wife's Stage 4 lung cancer is seemingly going away. Main tumor has gone from 6.4 to 2.6. Lymph spits all but gone. Lower lung spot gone. She has been on a targeted gene therapy drug and is using fenbendazole, curcumin, and Vitamin E.

Case No. 6:  70s-yr-old female with Stage 4 Lung Cancer with multiple liver metastases

Case testimonial from Dr William Makis (X/Twitter) in Oct 2024:

One of my cancer patients is a woman in her 70s with Stage 4 Lung Cancer with multiple liver metastases. “Less than 7 weeks after initiating the protocol”

Primary Lung lesion LLL 2.9cm to 2.1cm (28% decrease)

Liver at porta hepatis 5.3cm to 1.6cm (70% decrease)

Right hepatic lobe inferiorly, 2.4cm to 1.0cm (58% decrease)

Right hepatic lobe, 2.1cm to 0.8cm (62% decrease)

“Overall, hepatic metastases appear markedly decreased in size when compared to the previous CT”
"I wholly believe, as does my wife, that the protocol is doing the heavy lifting".

Case No. 5: July, 2022

I have stage 4 Adenocarcinoma of the lungs…doctor told me it’s not curable. I’m 44 with two teenagers so I don’t want to hear that kind of news. Anyway, I was diagnosed in December and by January I received chemotherapy. A friend told me about Fenbendazole and I started it immediately. I am now on chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and Fenbendazole. After 4 treatments…I had a PET Scan….the scan was remarkable. Many subcentimeters nodules resolved, the two large masses are shrinking, no enlarged lymph nodes in the hilar and mediastinal region. No new growth! I’m hoping this is a good sign.

*Using Fenbendazole 220mg day and night, chemo taxol/Carbo, and Keytruda since January.

Plan to start Vitamin E, Milk thistle for liver, and Turmeric/Curcumin this week.

Case No. 4: July, 2022

They gave my husband 18 months to live in 2019, from having SCLC with no primary tumor. Mets everywhere. He has been doing Joe Tippens protocol before he even started chemo. Chemo didn’t work and he is now on Opdivo infusions once a month. We found out he had cancer from 3 fractures on his vertebrae. Went to his brain and that’s all gone also. Thank you Joe!! Praise the dear Lord!!

DATE OF EXAM: May 5 2022 10:17AM

AKP 0063 – NM PET/CT SKULL-THIGH SUBQ / ACCESSION # 130564079

PROCEDURE REASON: Malignant neoplasm of unspecified part of unspecified bronchus or lung (HCC).

Case No. 3: March, 2022

In 2020, I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung carcinoma. The Oncologist found a big tumor growing on my left lung along with a massive tumor inside my chest cavity so big that it started constricting my heart arteries.

They started me with radiation right away followed by weeks of intensive chemotherapy, and I got so sick that they had to lower the doses and frequency to half of what they originally had me on.

Case No. 2: November, 2021

About three months ago my wife was diagnosed with metastatic cancer on her lungs and gave her a 3 months prognosis. She had five aggressively growing nodules.

A friend reached out to me about the fenbendazole protocol that she was following at the time. Today my wife came back from a visit to the Oncologist with test results showing a major improvement on the growths – only two small nodules were found! This is truly a miracle and a blessing!

Case No. 1: Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) with Joe Tippens Cancer Protocol (2017)

Joe Tippens founded the fenbendazole protocol after he was told a story about a scientist at Merck Animal Health that had been performing cancer research on mice. The research included injecting different types of cancers into different mice body parts. The scientists discovered, through trial and error, a product in their canine product line, fenbendazole, that was batting 1.000 in killing these different cancers in the mice. The scientist was later diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer and was given a grim prognosis of only three months to live. She decided to try the fenbendazole, and after six weeks, showed a clean scan.

Joe Tippens had been initially diagnosed with small cell lung cancer. The cancer later spread to his neck, right lung, stomach, liver, bladder, pancreas and tail bone. Like the scientist from Merk Animal Hospital, Joe was told he only had three months to live. In 2017, after hearing the story of the scientist who treated her cancer with a canine drug, Joe decided he was going to do the same. However, in addition to taking the fenbendazole, Joe added his own ingredients to the regimen (curcumin, CBD oil, and vitamin E), thus creating the Joe Tippens Cancer Protocol.

14. Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer Success Stories

Case 4 - 2025: 67 year old WA woman diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in June 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 67 year old WA woman diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer almost cancer free after 2 months! Another Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer Success Story 67 year old WA woman diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer She started low dose Ivermectin and Fenbendazole in January 2025. By end of February 2025, her CA125 rose from 3000 to over 7000. In mid March 2025 we started: Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day Fenbendazole 1500mg/day RESULTS after 2 months: "Your customized protocol, combined with metronomic weekly dosing of paclitaxel and carboplatin and some additional naturopathic anticancer treatments, dropped my cancer markers from a high of over 7000 prior to starting your protocol and weekly chemo in early March to a low of 27 on May 12. "A PET/CT scan on 5/12/25 showed NO METASTASIS found and two small areas of increased uptake." "Thank you for giving me my life back!!!! " "I'm no longer spending much of my time in bed and I'm able to walk my dog for an hour! There's no way chemo alone could have done that." My Take… Ivermectin + Fenbendazole + Chemo is a very powerful combination. Some patients want to avoid chemo and I completely understand. But by the time you’re dealing with Stage 4 Cancer, you usually have to throw everything at it.

Case 3 - 2025: 63 year old woman with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer metastatic to peritoneum (April 2025)

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 63 year old woman with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer metastatic to peritoneum sees CA125 drop from 2138 to 357, most cancer gone on PET! Beware of inexperienced Integrative MDs who want to play with Ivermectin and Fenbendazole!

This is a success story that almost wasn't.
63 year old woman with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer metastatic to peritoneum. In early October 2024, she saw an integrative MD who put her on low dose Ivermectin (24mg) and Fenbendazole 300-600mg, eventually increasing to 1000mg a day. Her CA125 increased from 1097 to 1668 (+ Fenben/IVM) to 2628.5 by mid Nov.2024!

Her CA125 rose from 1668 to 2628 after being on Fenbendazole and low dose Ivermectin for over a month! Then she came to me.

I switched her from 1000mg Fenbendazole to 1000mg Mebendazole and increased the Ivermectin from 24mg to 72mg. Her CA125 from that point onwards: 2628.5 to 853 to 619 to 357 (!!) PET/CT Scan done March 11, 2025 showed:

“extensive peritoneal carcinomatosis seen previously is essentially resolved” “retroperitoneal adenopathy seen previously has returned to normal”
“left axillary adenopathy seen previously has resolved on both CT and PET images” “most of the pelvic adenopathy seen previously has returned to normal on CT and PET”
“suspected capsular implant seen previously at the posterior aspect of the spleen is no longer visible on CT or PET”
Lesson:

Most Integrative MDs don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to Ivermectin and Benzimidazoles. They get the dosing and combinations wrong. This patient wasn’t responding to low doses of Ivermectin or Fenbendazole and the Integrative MD increased the Fenbendazole dose to 1000mg, but the CA125 rose regardless, from 1097 to 2628!

Ovarian Cancer is known to respond to Mebendazole and Ivermectin but South Korean researchers discovered it doesn’t respond well to Fenbendazole. Some health professionals are attracted to the promise of repurposed drugs but wouldn’t know what to do at the sign of first trouble with their Protocol. Imagine coming to a health professional who has no idea what to do when their Ivermectin Protocol fails. You wouldn't go to an inexperienced hairdresser, barber, or car mechanic, for an important job. And what's more important than Stage 4 Cancer?

Case 2: 40s-year-old Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer (Dec 2024)

According to Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

IVERMECTIN & FENBEDAZOLE Testimonial - 40s year old Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer patient declared "CANCER FREE" after 2 months 40s year old Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer patient followed at a large US Cancer Centre (Mayo Clinic), reached out to me in July 2024 Patient was diagnosed in Feb.2024 with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer (High Grade Serous Carcinoma) She had 4 cycles of neoadjuvant chemo, then cytoreduction (surgery) June 24, then plan was for 2 additional cycles of chemo. Post Surgery Cancer Clinic Visit in July 2024: plan was for 2 more chemo cycles - patient then reached out to me after her visit. CA125 on July 15, 2024 peaked at 86.7 (pre-surgery it was 41.7) Even though much of the tumor was removed, the CA125 had jumped from 41.7 to 86.7, indicating rapid cancer growth and spread IVERMECTIN: We started a medium dose Protocol:
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 444mg/day
  • Melatonin 100+mg/day
6th cycle of chemo

Two months later she was CANCER FREE.

Do you think the Chemo did it? The same chemo that after 4 cycles resulted in a CA125 of 41.7? And then rapid progression right after surgery? I don’t think so. It was the combination of chemo + IVERMECTIN Protocol. Now, as of Dec.21, with a CA125 of 16 (in the normal range), she’s been CANCER FREE since end of September.

Case 1: October 2024

According to Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial in a patient with Advanced Ovarian Cancer.
3 weeks of high dose regimen results in CA125 cancer marker drop of 30%!
Ovarian cancer is very responsive to Ivermectin but people forget about Mebendazole (FDA approved version of Fenbendazole). (Hint: combine them)
We hit this cancer hard and have it on the run 3 weeks in!

Note: Although technically mebendazole is not the same as fenbendazole, both mebendazole and fenbendazole are part of a larger group of drugs known as benzimidazole*, which are anthelmintic drugs (i.e., drugs that kill parasitic worms).

15. Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer Success Stories (16 cases)

Case No. 16 - 2025: Canadian with stage 4 pancreatic cancer who was offered euthanasia

A patient with stage 4 pancreatic cancer who was offered euthanasia (Medical Assistance in Dying, MAID) is cancer-free a few months later.

A Canadian patient developed pancreatic cancer 6 months after receiving a COVID vaccine.
He had surgery to remove it, but 15 months later, CT scans showed a recurrence of stage 4 pancreatic cancer, including metastases to the lungs.

This patient with stage 4 pancreatic cancer was offered typical Canadian cancer care:

“I was immediately visited by social workers to discuss end of life and MAID (medical assistance in dying or euthanasia).

In addition to palliative chemotherapy, Dr. Makis’ treatment was:
  • Fenbendazole 444 mg/day for at least 3 months
  • Fenbendazole 444 mg/day with liquid ivermectin (1 teaspoon) = 50 mg for 2 months.
Results:

“The CT scan showed that all signs of cancer were undetectable and essentially resolved.”

In Dr. Makis’s clinical experience, pancreatic cancer responds very well to the combination of ivermectin and fenbendazole.

Ivermectin kills cancer cells that chemotherapy fails to kill. Ivermectin also reverses multidrug resistance (chemo resistance).

The patient’s primary oncologist was shocked by the sudden turnaround, but most importantly, this patient managed to avoid Canada’s first approach to cancer care: euthanasia.

Case No. 15 - 2025: 66 year old Netherlands Man with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer with a solitary liver metastasis

Dr William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in June 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 66 year old Netherlands Man with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer with a solitary liver metastasis. In 4 months, it shrunk by 99.7%! Shocking story! There is an extremely important lesson here! I absolutely love this Pancreatic Cancer success story.

66 year old Netherlands man was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer in Oct.2024 with a solitary liver metastasis.
On January 31 2025 we started:
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 888mg/day (briefly increased to 1776mg/day then 1332mg/day but he went back down to 888mg/day)
Feb.19, 2025 Oncologist started FOLFIRINOX Chemo After 5 weeks (Mar.7) lesion INCREASED 34.7mm to 40.1mm After 10 weeks (Apr.11) lesion DECREASED from 40.1mm to 35.8mm After 4 months (Jun.3) lesion DECREASED from 35.8mm to 11.1mm (99.7% volume shrinkage!!) What’s very interesting in this case is that the liver lesion got mildly larger after 5 weeks, before it started shrinking. The other possibility is that it remained unchanged in size as we were comparing CT (34.7mm) to MRI (40.1mm) measurements, which are different imaging modalities. Regardless, the liver lesion didn’t improve for at least 5 weeks! However, by the end of 4 months, the lesion had shrunk by 99.7% in tumor volume!! This is WHY you don’t quit after 1 month!

Case No. 14 - 2025: 67 year old Maryland woman was diagnosed with a Pancreatic Cancer 2.3cm, failed 3 months of chemo with Stage 4 spread to the liver

Dr William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in June 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 67 year old Maryland woman was diagnosed with a Pancreatic Cancer 2.3cm, failed 3 months of chemo with Stage 4 spread to the liver. She is now Cancer Free! From Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer to CANCER FREE in 2.5 months! Due to recent attacks, I will be posting even more testimonials STORY: 67 year old Maryland woman was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, a 2.3x2.2cm Pancreatic Head Mass She had 3 months of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with FOLFIRINOX from Sep.30, 2025 to Jan.2025 but MRI done Jan.7, 2025 showed no improvement and a suspicion of progression to Stage 4 with new liver metastases. After failing chemo, this patient reached out to me. In early March 2025 we started: Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day Fenbendazole 1000mg/day CBD Oil 100mg/day RESULTS after 2.5 months: CT May 20, 2025: “Previous mass pancreatic head is no longer visualized” “Images of the liver…previous small enhancing nodules are not seen” CA19-9 also dropped from 942 to 9. My Take… Big Pharma shills will always say that it was the chemo that did all the work in these cases and that Ivermectin and Fenbendazole didn’t do anything. Here you have a case of a 67 year old woman with a 2.3cm Pancreatic Head Cancer who didn’t respond at all to FOLFIRINOX chemo and instead progressed to Stage 4 with liver metastases. Add Ivermectin and Fenbendazole and 2.5 months later, both the Pancreatic mass and liver lesions are GONE. The patient is currently CANCER FREE!

"Hi Dr.Makis, enclosed is the latest scan and it's outstanding. Thank you and your team for everything. You are a God send".

Case No. 13 - 2025: 78 year old California man with poorly differentiated Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Pancreatic Cancer

Dr William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in June 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 78 year old California man with poorly differentiated Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Pancreatic Cancer had a dramatic response after 3 months! Poorly Differentiated Neuroendocrine cancers are considered almost impossible to treat, by mainstream Oncology. STORY: 78 year old California man was diagnosed with Stage 4 NEUROENDOCRINE Pancreatic Cancer (10cm mass) metastatic to the liver We started: Ivermectin 1.0mg/kg/day Fenbendazole 1500mg/day CBD Oil 100mg/day RESULTS: after 3 months (PET May 2, 2025) Pancreatic Mass 10.4x8.2x6.2cm to 8.3x2.4cm = 77% tumor volume reduction of primary tumor Liver metastasis 4.6x4.4cm to 1.4x1.3cm = 97.3% tumor volume reduction Liver metastasis 4.3x3.7cm to 2.7x2.2cm = 77.8% tumor volume reduction left adrenal metastasis 3.1cm to 2.1cm = 68.9% tumor volume reduction upper abdominal lymph node 8mm resolved = 100% tumor volume reduction I run the world's largest Ivermectin Cancer Clinic and we are being attacked for helping thousands of Cancer patients from around the world. The synergy between Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and chemotherapy is giving results that often shock the Oncologists. From the patient's family: "he seems to be responding exceptionally well to treatment" And it's nice when patients recognize the efforts undertaken to get them these kinds of results "I wanted to first of all extend a huge thank you to you for your help with my dad's case. And also for your continued determination and courage with your research and patient care" "I realize you have come under a lot of fire and I admire and commend your willingness to speak out and to continue fighting against the corruption." "We need more expert voices like you in this world!"

Case No. 12 - 2025: 66 year old man with Stage 4 Inoperable Pancreatic Cancer on 3rd line chemo and growing pancreatic mass

Dr William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in May 2025:

IVERMECTIN and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 66 year old man with Stage 4 Inoperable Pancreatic Cancer on 3rd line chemo and growing pancreatic mass - gets cancer under control with tumor shrinkage! As the Big Pharma attacks escalate, I will post even more Cancer Success stories! No one ever talks about chemotherapy failure rates, I wonder why that is. Most of the cancer patients who come to me from around the world are failing chemo after chemo after chemo after chemo... STORY: 66 year old man with inoperable Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer had been on: mFOLFIRINOX from Oct.2023 to May 2024 Gemcitabine/Abraxane from May 2024 Added Cisplatin June 2024 due to increasing CA19-9 Switched Cisplatin to Oxaliplatin Feb.2025 due to increasing CA19-9 His Oncologists call this two lines of chemotherapy but I count four...all failed...but I digress... Patient came to me in January 2025 with a growing pancreatic mass: "Gemcitabine and cisplatin and abraxane which brought numbers down and stable tumor but now that has worn off - tumor in pancreas growing and number getting larger CA19-9." Chemo seems to fail so often, doesn't it? We started early February 2025:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Mebendazole 1500mg/day
RESULTS: "Numbers came immediately down" "Scan much better after 2 months - oncologist relayed they don't often see "decrease" in tumor size at his stage" There's a lot these inept Oncologists don't see. After only 2 months of Ivermectin and Mebendazole: CA19-9 dropped from 146 to 9.5 Pancreatic mass shrunk from 2.8x1.9cm to 2.8x1.5cm (21% volume shrinkage) Ideally this patient would have had a PET/CT scan that could have shown us a significant drop in metabolism of the tumor. Whenever you see Ivermectin and Mebendazole attacked, it’s important to understand that these patients are PROGRESSING on chemo after chemo after chemo. And these failing chemos are the BEST that modern medicine has to offer. To get control of a Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer like this after so many attempts at chemotherapy, is nothing short of a miracle.

Case No. 11 - 2025: 63-year-old woman in Philippines with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer

Dr William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in May 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 63 year old woman in Philippines with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer sees 80% tumor shrinkage after 1 month! This is a beautiful international cancer success story! (and a reminder you won't find these successes anywhere else) When you run the world's largest Ivermectin Cancer Clinic, patients come to you from around the world. STORY: 63 year old woman in the Philippines had recently progressed to Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer with liver metastases. We started in mid February 2025:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1500mg/day
RESULTS after 1 month: Pancreatic mass shrunk from 5.3x5.4x5.5cm to 3.6x3.1x2.7cm = 81% TUMOR VOLUME SHRINKAGE. Fascinatingly, CEA went from 36 to 107 to 32.8 during this time. Possible explanation: rapid cancer cell killing caused CEA to rise temporarily. From the patient: "We have an exciting update!...a HUGE improvement on her pancreatic tumor size" "We're so excited by the reduction in her tumor size! Nothing short of a miracle! But CEA seems to have increased which we are confused about? Why is this so?" "We just received our latest CEA labs...good news!" CEA Tests: 1. Jan.2025 - 36 2. Mar.2025 - 107 3. Apr.2025 - 32.77 "God bless you always Dr.William Makis!!" I love my cancer patients. Aren't they the best?
So this was 1 month on gemcitabine + paclitaxel + Ivermectin (96mg) + Fenbendazole 1554mg.

Case No. 10: 46 year old USA man with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer

Dr William Makis shared on X (Twitter) in May 2025:

Ivermectin and Fenbendazole Testimonial - 46 year old USA man with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer sees dramatic improvement after 2 months! How about a Pancreatic cancer success story? (Don't tell the Oncologist) STORY: 46 year old USA man was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer metastatic to liver and lungs, in Oct.2024 CT showed a 2.8cm pancreatic mass with innumerable lung nodules, and metastatic disease in the liver up to 7.9cm In early February 2025 we started:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 2000mg/day
RESULTS after 2 months: CA19-9 cancer marker drop from 138 to 40.6. CT: “Overall decreased size of the pulmonary and hepatic metastases” “Pancreatic mass with peripancreatic lymph node is slightly decreased” “decreased now trace pelvic ascites” I always get asked about ascites - yes, Ivermectin and Fenbendazole can reduce and eventually eliminate ascites! From the patient: "I just received the following response from my oncologist: "Congrats! The Cancer treatment is working and the cancer is shrinking"
I have been helping Oncologists pat themselves on the back for success they didn't earn, ever since I started my Ivermectin Cancer Clinic one year ago. They sure get excited about the amazing results, but have no idea that Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole are doing the heavy lifting!

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer post Moderna mRNA Vaccines - 46 year old USA patient improves dramatically after only 2 months! All tumors and metastases shrink! This family has two incredible Pancreatic Cancer success stories from my Ivermectin Cancer Clinic!  STORY: 46 year old man (USA) was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer metastatic to lymph nodes, liver and bones. He had two Moderna COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines in 2021. (Possible Turbo Cancer) Oncologist started Folfirinox and Gemcitabine

We started the Makis Ivermectin Cancer Clinic Protocol:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1500mg/day
A follow-up PET/CT was done after 2 months on Ivermectin Protocol RESULTS: After 2 months on Ivermectin and Fenbendazole:

Pancreatic head mass shrunk by 21% with 56% drop in metabolism
Lymph node metastases improved or resolved

Liver metastases reduced by 40-45% in number.
Bone metastases improved or resolved.

You never see this kind of response with just chemo. In only 2 months!! This patient was referred by a family friend: "Hi Dr.Makis...just want to let you know that my uncle who has been on your Protocol since September 1st has seen drastic improvement, his most recent scan showed the tumor in his pancreas has shrunk. This is something the oncologists said was nearly impossible.

However, the main reason for my email is to try and help a family friend with HIS cancer...he has stage 4 pancreatic cancer which has spread to many other organs, his situation is somewhat dire". That's the case described here with the pancreatic mass and all metastases shrinking after 2 months on Ivermectin and Fenbendazole.

FENBENDAZOLE and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 77 year old Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer patient sees 99.9% drop in CA19-9 levels and shrinkage of tumors by 70 to 87%!

Another incredible Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer success story!  This one may surprise you because Ivermectin was not involved.

77 year old Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer patient started taking a regimen of Mebendazole and Fenbendazole.

1000mg Mebendazole in the morning
888mg Fenbendazole in the afternoon

RESULTS:
- CA19-9 dropped from 44960 to 21 (99.9% drop)
- small liver lesions resolved - large liver lesion shrunk from 3.6cm to 2.4cm (70% tumor volume decrease)
- 2nd liver lesion shrunk from 2.4cm to 1.2cm (87% tumor volume decrease)

"His Doctors are amazed. His main oncologist told him in 35 years he does not remember a person with results like this. He went as far as calling the results a miracle."

" Dr. Makis, you have saved countless lives with your message, you are the epitome of what health care should be. Thank you"

Very nice to see a Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer testimonial using Fenbendazole and Mebendazole!

Case No. 6: Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer

Dr George Fareed shared on X/Twitter (January 2025):

"Patient with stage 4 pancreatic cancer today txted: Great news. Tumor is much smaller than before. 5.4cm to 3.3 cm. I’ve gained about 12 lbs. He continued IVM/mebendazole protocol started 10/24 as well as chemo started 11/24."

Case No. 5: 40s-yr-old male with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer (December 2024)

Case shared by Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 40s year old man with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer post 2x Pfizer mRNA Vaccines, sees 91% drop in CA19-9* in 2 months! Possible case of Turbo Cancer post 2 Pfizer COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines 40s year old man diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer in 2022 post 2 Pfizer COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines. Had Whipple procedure, then 12 cycles of chemo and 2 months of radiation. Treatments ended May 2023.
Recurrence in June 2024 (mass encasing SMA & liver lesions) Restarted chemo in July 2024 but chemo wasn't working. CA19-9 was skyrocketing. I was consulted in October 2024. We immediately started high dose Ivermectin (up to 2mg/kg/day) and high dose Fenbendazole (up to 888mg/day) 2 months later: (you can read the email for yourself) 91% drop in CA19-9 cancer blood markers! 28340 to 2699. This is my favorite part, seeing results like this, especially when chemo was failing. It's worth persevering on high doses of Ivermectin, Fenbendazole or Mebendazole, and i know it isn't always easy. We struggle with this sometimes.

*Note on pancreatic cancer marker (CA 19-9):

A CA 19-9 test measures the amount of a protein called CA 19-9 (cancer antigen 19-9) in a sample of your blood. CA 19-9 is a type of tumor marker. Tumor markers are substances made by cancer cells or by normal cells in response to cancer in your body. Healthy people can have small amounts of CA 19-9 in their blood. High levels of CA 19-9 are often a sign of pancreatic cancer. But high levels can also be a sign of other types of cancer or certain conditions that aren't cancer. For example, gallstones, pancreatitis and cirrhosis of the liver can cause high CA 19-9 levels.

Case No. 4: Male with terminal Stage 4 pancreatic cancer (October 2024)

Posted by Dave on X.com:

My dad is still alive today 2.5 years after a terminal stage 4 pancreatic cancer diagnosis thanks to MEBENDAZOLE. His pancreatic tumor has been undetectable for 2 years.

Note: Although technically mebendazole is not the same as fenbendazole, both mebendazole and fenbendazole are part of a larger group of drugs known as benzimidazole*, which are anthelmintic drugs (i.e., drugs that kill parasitic worms).

While most of the pre-clinical research uses mebendazole, probably because it is the FDA-approved-for-humans form of fenbendazole, virtually most of the self-treating clinical reports involve the use of fenbendazole.

Case No. 3: Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer with Liver metastasis - December, 2022

I’m in Remission!! Pancan stage 4 to liver. 5 months JTP 4 months of that 5 with Chemo biweekly. Check out my scan images.(The black areas on 2nd image are my kidneys). I’m getting last chemo infusion today then going on maintenance pills. God Bless Joe Tippens, God, all the prayer warriors. Never give up yall !!

You'r welcome to share my story anywhere and everywhere. I feel I was saved so that I can be a testament to the protocol and share it as much as I can.

Case No. 2 - 2024: Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer

“My Cancer Story! I was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in August 2023, and without treatment, I had 3-6 months to sort out my affairs.

I began my fenbendazole protocol immediately.

I nearly quit up since my quality of life had deteriorated dramatically. But I started to feel better. Less nausea. I had gained some weight back! Increased energy. My scan in November 2023 indicated that this severe cancer had neither grown or spread. My cancer marker dropped from over 100,000 to 35,000. As of January 2024, my new marker number was 18k!!! My oncologist was just scratching his head, and a family member said he seemed bewildered! And no, I did not inform him about the fenben.”

I was terrified he’d drop me as a patient. I was quite appreciative for fenben and how it has helped me. I was feeling better and stronger. I had scans and bloodwork done in March, and my markers are now down to 6000. And the tumors were shrinking!!! Two weeks after my previous scan. I scanned again, and it returned NED.

This was my protocol:

Morning
  • Curcumin (600mg daily)
  • Zinc (50mg)
  • Milk thistle, As a food supplement, take 15 – 30 drops, 2-3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water. 7 days a week
  • Serrapeptase (120,00IU)
  • Fenbendazole (1000mg of Panacur C is advised to be taken seven days a week. It is recommended that it should be taken with a meal).
Night
  • Curcumin (600mg tablet per day are recommended
  • Berberine (600mg 2-3 times a day )
  • Quercetin (500mg 1/day)
  • Turkey Tail
  • Vitamin E (800mg for 7 days a week)
  • Fenbendazole (1000mg at night)
  • Ivermectin 12mg daily 5/7days a week
  • Limit sugar and processed food intake
  • Drank green tea often”

*My Take…

This is an excellent protocol.

Case No. 1 - 2023: Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer (Last update: March, 2023)

My family member was diagnosed in stage 4 pancreatic cancer in August 2022. She was told it was very aggressive and without treatment she had 3-6 months and to get her affairs in order. She started 220 fenben immediately. She was very ill and hospitalized with sepsis and colitis from eating tainted peanut butter. She lost about 20 pounds. It took 2 months to start chemo, which made her very sick. We almost gave up because her quality of life had declined significantly. But she started feeling better. Less nausea. She has gained weight back! More energy.. Her latest scan showed this aggressive cancer has not grown or spread. Her cancer numbers or markers went from being over 100k down to 35k.

*** UPDATE: As of today, march 2nd, her new marker number is 18k!!) Her oncologist was just scratching his head.. my family member stated he looked confused! And no, she didn’t tell him about the fenben. We are afraid he would drop her as a patient. We are so very grateful for fenben and how it’s helped her. She is feeling better, stronger, and enjoying her family. I have never posted on here. But I wanted to give you some hope!

**UPDATE**She had scans and bloodwork done 2 weeks ago and we got the results today!! She is eating better and gaining weight.. Her markers are now down to 6000. AND THE TUMORS ARE SHRINKING!!! We are very grateful!!

16. Stage 4 Prostate Cancer Success Stories (18 cases)

We have compiled a list of fenbendazole and/or ivermectin and prostate cancer case reports below.

This compilation features several case reports involving the use of ivermectin and/or fenbendazole for prostate cancer.

Case No. 18 - 2025: Alberta man with Prostate cancer, avoids radical prostatectomy and full pelvic radiation

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in June 2025:

Ivermectin and Fenbendazole Testimonial - Alberta man avoids radical prostatectomy and full pelvic radiation, PSA 9.0 to 1.7 and doing great! An Alberta man was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. He was offered the best options Modern Oncology has to offer: radical prostatectomy and full pelvic radiation. These treatments are 50+ years old... His Alberta doctors also told him there was a 50% chance he would be "normal" after one of these procedures.

"I am in the risk business and this seemed unacceptable to me". So he started Ivermectin and Fenbendazole, went to Seattle for Proton Therapy, and then continued Ivermectin and Fenbendazole with MCT Oil for 3 months. He did the opposite of what Modern Oncology recommended. How did he do?

"My PSA registered 1.7 (from a high of 9)...My prostate is still intact. All my bodily health functions are normal".

Case 17 - 2025: 77 year old North Carolina man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer metastatic to lungs and bones

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in June 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBEDAZOLE and CBD Oil Testimonial - 77 year old North Carolina man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer metastatic to lungs, bones, has almost complete resolution of cancer after 5 months!! Want to see an incredible Prostate Cancer testimonial? According to vocal pharma shills, these don't exist 77 year old North Carolina man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer metastatic to bones End of Nov.2024 we started:
  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 888mg/day
  • CBD Oil 50mg/day
His Oncologist put him on chemo RESULTS after 5 months: PET/CT done May 4, 2025 showed almost complete resolution of cancer! Prostate: Previously near entirety of the gland was involved with intense radiotracer activity prostate adenocarcinoma. Single focus of radiotracer activity remains within the apex of the prostate gland SUVmax 4.8 Pelvic nodes - Single node in right external iliac nodal station SUVmax 2.6 measures less than 5mm. (Previously enlarged 10mm node with SUVmax 45). Periaortic nodes - Resolution of previously seen periaortic retroperitoneal nodes (previous 13mm SUVmax 39.9 and 10mm SUV 44.6max, now gone) Bones: only 3 foci remain in the skeleton. Interval resolution of previously described activity within the pelvis and lumbar spine. (previous sternoclavicular joint SUVmax 64.2, now SUVmax 8.3) Lungs: resolution of left upper lobe pulmonary nodule (previous 4mm SUVmax 6.3) From the patient: "I am elated to write to you to express my gratitude for your help. My father got his results this week. The stage 4 prostate cancer is practically gone. The scan only shows 2-3 tiny spots on his bones and they’re not sure if that’s even cancer." "My family is sooo happy. My dad is sleeping soundly now for the first time since the diagnosis back in August, 2024. I’m sure it’s because he doesn’t have the anxiety that comes with such a terrible diagnosis" "I will never be able to repay you for saving my dad’s life. Thank you for your dedication to saving lives all over the world! Much love and respect!"

Case 16 - 2025: 87 year old WA man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer metastatic to bones & spine

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in June 2025:

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 78 year old Australian man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer sees PSA 385 drop to 1.2 and tumors shrinking! I have many Stage 4 Prostate Cancer success stories, although this is where I recently faced sabotage After all, Prostate Cancer means big money for Big Pharma, and they will send anyone, along with an entire army of bots to protect their profits STORY: 78 year old Australian man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer started chemotherapy (Docetaxel) and Hormone Therapy (Goserelin) But he also came to me for help and started:
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1000mg/day
After not even 2 months: PSA 385 to 1.2 Metastatic disease shrinking on PET/CT There are some prostate cancers, however, that are completely resistant to Ivermectin and Fenbendazole. Why they are resistant, I don’t know. There isn’t a particular identifiable feature. This remains one of the challenges. Many respond, but some don't. When they do respond, the response is very impressive.

Case 15 - 2025: 87 year old WA man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer metastatic to bones & spine

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter in June 2025

We started in late March 2025:
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1000mg/day
RESULTS after 2 months: PSA 2093 to 39 From patient: April 4: "My father got his bloodwork done and the good news is his testosterone & PSA is way down.  He says the pain in his legs is a lot better as well.  Things are looking up!" April 13: "His PSA was 2093, now it is 83 on 4/1/25. He didn’t use his walker or cane when I took him for his healthy IVs.  Just a little bit of pain in his legs, but much better." April 18: "My father’s numbers are getting better so all is well.  Just did more bloodwork on Thursday, April 17th and his PSA went from 85 down to 39." May 21: "the good news is, the soon to be fired oncologist, was very surprised on how well my father is doing.  He told my father whatever he was doing to keep doing it.  He was VERY impressed." "Last time he went to see the doctor he was using his walker and now he isn’t using his cane or walker!!  So, my father is doing better thanks to you and my father’s diligent efforts in following the protocol."

Case 20 - 2025: Stage 4 Prostate Cancer

Dr. Peter McCullough shared (May 2025) a stunning anecdote: a patient with metastatic prostate cancer saw his PSA drop from 200 to 2 after trying ivermectin.

Case No. 14 - 2025: 93 year old male with Stage 4 prostate cancer that has metastasized to the hip bone

Testimonial shared by @1FidLaf in May 2025 (source):

"Well thanks to a miracle drug. That is very inexpensive. My 93 year old father is alive today. In just 2 months he was cured of a prostate cancer that has metastasized to the hip bone. IVERMECTIN is that miracle drug. It cost less that $80 dollars for the cure. No chemo no radio."

Case 13: Stage 4 prostate cancer

Dr. Kathleen Ruddy reported on a case of stage 4 prostate cancer:

He worked for the government, and he was going to lose his job and his pension if he wasn’t vaccinated. Two months after his second Pfizer shot, he was diagnosed all at once with stage 4 prostate cancer. He tells a very compelling, melodramatic story about that 24-hour period of time in his life.

He went through the traditional protocols; radiation, chemotherapy, pharmacologic, castration, all of it, over a period of nine months. His name is Paul Mann. His doctor said, “There’s really nothing else we can do. He said, “Can’t you give me more radiation? Can’t you give me more chemo? Aren’t there any other drugs? Are there any clinical trials? The answer was, “No, there’s nothing. There is only hospice. Send for the priest.”

A friend of his knew me and said, “Would you give Paul a call? He just needs some moral support.” I began calling him and we spoke about once a week for three weeks. The poor guy was suffering and had cancer in 11 bones in his body. His right leg was completely swollen and obstructed with a tumor. He was miserable.

I said, “Paul, I don’t know if this is going to help you, but I know it’s not going to hurt you. I just can’t imagine based on my judgment and understanding of the scientific literature and all of the work that Doctors Kory and Marik have done that ivermectin would hurt you. It might help, but I can’t say.”
He said, “I'll give it a try.” He drove to Tennessee where you could get it without a prescription. He drove from where he lives in New York to Tennessee and paid cash for his ivermectin. He didn’t submit it to an insurance company. He didn’t tell his oncologist back in Missouri.

His ivermectin prescriptions were listed in his medical chart. How did that information get from the pharmacy in Tennessee to his chart in Missouri? They don’t know. But actually, somebody does know, and I'd like to know myself.

Anyway, he starts taking ivermectin. He doesn’t have any problems with it. I talk to him every week, “How are you feeling? How’s your leg? How’s the pain? He says, “No change. But I don’t know. It’s not quite as swollen. There’s pain everywhere. Maybe it’s getting a little bit better. It’s not necessarily getting worse.”

Fast forward to a two-month follow-up appointment at the clinic. They didn’t expect to see him. He’s feeling a little bit better. They do a PSA [Prostrate-Specific Antigen Test], which in the beginning was off the charts, maybe 700 or 800. At the time, they recommended him to hospice.
Mr. Jekielek: What exactly do those numbers mean, for the layperson?

Dr. Ruddy: Over four would be abnormal. What are we talking about here? Prostate cells normally secrete a protein, a prostate-specific antigen. It’s one of the things that they do. Cancer cells that originate in the prostate that are dividing rapidly and growing fast are spitting out PSA. It’s not that they’re contributing to the body economy in any way. It’s just they just want to multiply and divide. That’s the end of the story.

Your PSA levels start to rise, which is a screening marker. They will say, “Your PSA was four, and now it’s eight. Let’s do a prostate ultrasound.” The PSA can be a screen for the emergence of a tumor, but it can also be used, particularly at high levels, as evidence for cancer, response to cancer, or recurrence of cancer. His was supposed to be four, but it’s in the hundreds.

He goes back for a two-month appointment and it’s 1.3. They said, “You’re in biochemical remission.” He was not in complete remission, because he still had the bone metastasis, but this was good news. Slowly, he begins to improve. There is less pain and the swelling is down. He has a lot of other vaccine injuries, but he’s getting better.

Cases shared by Dr William Makis (X/Twitter) in February 2025:

Case 01: 78 year old man with Prostate Cancer Gleason 9 post prostatectomy, halted recurrence with "your low dose protocol" "So there you have it. My PSA has stopped rising, still 1.2 and my annual scan and MRI in December were still clear after 3 months on the low dose protocol".

Case 02: "Stage 4 Prostate fighter/survivor. On Iver and Fenben for 19 months. Cancer undetectable for past 12 months".

Case 03: Brig Gen (Ret) USAF: "my prostate cancer was eradicated using IVM, Fenben and Doxy".

Case 04: "I have more positive results to report!" "My husband got his PSA results back today. When he was diagnosed with prostate cancer his PSA was 5.8 now it is down to 4.1 after 32 days on Ivermectin and Fenbendazole".

Case 05: "I was told by one local oncologist that I had 2 months to 2 years max" "This past summer moved to high dose Ivermectin and I feel a huge improvement. I take 48-60mg daily and that had the affect of depressing my PSA significantly. But again, the real measure is I feel so much better".

Case 06: "Praise the Lord for Dr.Makis and his wisdom, kind compassionate heart and generosity!! Wonderful start to a Happy New Year!".
"My husband has recently been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. We started: Daily IVM 96mg 3x/week fenben 888mg LDN Orgovyx PSA 538 (12/6/24) down to 290 (12/30/24).
"God Bless you and your beautiful family Dr.Makis!".

Case 6: Stage 4 Prostate Cancer

Testimonial shared by Jaquar-2014- (HealthUnlocked) in 2024:

I was diagnosed with stage four prostate cancer at the end of January 2024, with a PSA of 143 and a 9 on the Gleason score. It had metastasized to several parts of my bones. I immediately started the Joe Tippens protocol.

Two months later, my PSA dropped to 26. For the last four months, my PSA has been zero. My doctor says I don’t need an MRI or PET scan because I have no evidence of cancer. I do have to undergo some radiation for the cancer on the bones.

So, on the dog medicine, I am cancer-free. This is the truth—no side effects and feeling good. If you’re interested in beating any kind of cancer at any stage, the Joe Tippens story was my cure.

Case 5: 79 year old Canadian man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer to Lymph nodes (December 2024)

Case shared by Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 79 year old Canadian man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer to Lymph nodes - everything is shrinking 4 months later! 79 year old British Columbia, Canada man diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, Gleason 8, “pushing against bladder wall, in lymph nodes, diagnosed late 2022 with a PSA peaking at 19.72. Completed 28 treatments of radiation. Was currently on hormone blockers (and Abiraterone) but tumor hasn’t shrunk. Came to me for help and we got to work right away:

We started the following protocol:
  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 444mg/day
  • Melatonin 120mg/day
  • IP6
  • Artemisia
RESULTS:
“approaching 4 months on Ivermectin plus the other products”
“the oncologist report is that there is shrinkage in all areas (prostate, bladder wall and lymph nodes. He is not in remission as yet”.

The answer to the question is: continue Protocol until remission.

Case 4: Stage 4 Prostate Cancer patient - PSA drops 1533 to 968 in 12 days (November 2024)

Case shared by Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - Stage 4 Prostate Cancer patient - PSA drops 1533 to 968 in 12 days - is fatigue and bone pain normal?
Stage 4 Prostate Cancer patient: Started Ivermectin 1mg/kg and Fenbendazole 1000mg 3 days on 4 days off. In 12 days PSA drops 1533 to 968 (37% drop). Abdominal cancer lymph nodes disappeared.

To be honest, that’s a lot of cancer cell killing over a very short period of time!! That will cause a great deal of FATIGUE. That’s to be expected. Bone pain? Also. As cancer cells in bone get killed, the inflammation can also cause bone pain. That will heal over time This gentleman is on his way to becoming cancer free.

Case 3: November 2024

Case sharing by Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - Stage 4 Prostate Cancer patient from Ecuador, Gleason 8, goes on Protocol and PSA drops from 800 to 18 in 3 months!

Patients from around the world (hello Ecuador!) are benefiting from Ivermectin and Fenbendazole repurposed drug combination Protocols.

This was an Intermediate Dose Protocol, with a starting dose of Ivermectin of 1mg/kg/day and a Fenbendazole dose of 222mg to 444mg a day.

Additional benefit with a ketogenic diet! Now this is only 3 months in, but I think PSA 800 to 18 is good progress so far.

Case 2: Stage 4 Prostate Cancer (October 2024)

According to Dr William Makis (X/Twitter):

IVERMECTIN & FENBENDAZOLE in very aggressive Stage 4 Prostate Cancer

"We reached our goal of bringing my PSA Score down to 0.02 quite quickly. Doctors were surprised at how quickly this happened."

Case No.1: Stage 4 prostate cancer (September 2022)

My husband was diagnosed 8 months ago.. Feb 1st of this year,, with a aggressive form of prostate cancer that had already metastasized into his lymph nodes and bones. He had fractures throughout his spine, ribs and pelvis. Adams bone scan showed cancer in his bones from his skull,, facial bones, clavicle, sternum right rib cage and most of his spine and pelvis.. His oncologist (we’ve since changed) waited 7 weeks to start any hormone therapy or chemotherapy and told us radiation wasn’t even an option. Only 6 rounds of doxi. He sat at our first office visit Feb 2nd and told my family that the #1 man in our lives would be gone within 18 months. His psa was 140, Gleason score of 9. He was diagnosed full blown stage 4-5 cancer. This was completely unacceptable. Absolutely devastating to our world. My husband is 55 yrs old.. We have 8 children and 8 grandchildren. Our last 2 kids had just moved out a year before.. this was our time.. We had always talked about IF cancer ever came about for either of us we would research alternative treatments. We fear medical poison as much as the cancer itself..

Thank God my husband’s cousin connected us with a angel that gave us all the information we needed on a product meant for animals, fenbendazole and even sent us 2 bottles of fenbendazole. Has since supplied us with bottles when needed.

So week 2 post diagnosis Adam started his 222mg of fenben.

Case No. 1: 70 year old woman with Stage 4 Spindle Cell Sarcoma

Dr William Makis updated on X/Twitter (Mar 2025):

IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 70 year old woman Stage 4 Spindle Cell Sarcoma with lung metastases has tumor shrinkage! You don't hear many success stories from mainstream Oncology with Sarcoma! There's a good reason for that - chemo almost never works in these cancers. Here is yet another Ivermectin success story: 70 year old woman with Spindle Cell Sarcoma who lost her right leg. Now Stage 4 with lung metastases. She took the Joe Tippens Protocol of Fenbendazole 222mg/day and 12mg Ivermectin/day during chemo and her largest lung metastasis shrunk by 60%. “Had scan after chemo in Aug and had very good unexpected results - shrinkage of tumor by over 60% and disappearance of multiple other lesions.” She then gave me an update a few months later: “Have been off chemo for nearly 4 months, still taking Fenben, etc…and had a scan 3 weeks ago (Dec.2024)…my tumor had actually shrunk again! From 27x18mm to 22.7x12.3mm” Tumor shrunk again from 27x18mm to 22.7x12.3mm (another 60%). This story shows two important things: 1. Combination of chemo plus low dose Fenbendazole and low dose Ivermectin was sufficient to get 60% tumor shrinkage of lung metastases (and resolution of several lesions). Again, the combination of chemo + Ivermectin + Fenbendazole is very powerful, even in a difficult to treat cancer like SARCOMA. These are much lower doses than what I usually use and yet they were still effective. 2. She continued to take Fenben 222mg and Ivermectin 12mg while off chemo and had further tumor shrinkage of another 60%!

Dr William Makis shared on X/Twitter (November 2024):

IVERMECTIN & FENBENDAZOLE Testimonial - 70 year old woman with Stage 4 Spindle Cell Sarcoma gets 60% tumor shrinkage & multiple metastases disappear with low dose protocol 70 year old woman with Stage 4 Spindle Cell Sarcoma originally in the right leg, with lung metastases.
She took the following:

Palliative chemo (was not expected to help and it's all the doctors had left to offer)

222 mg Fenbendazole 3 days on / 4 days off (Joe Tippens Protocol)
12 mg Ivermectin 3 days on / 4 days off

Unexpected Results: tumor shrinkage by 60% & disappearance of multiple lesions (!!)

My Take… Spindle Cell Sarcoma is a cancer that’s notoriously difficult to treat. The response rate of chemo is on the order of 20% (which means 80% of patients don’t see ANY improvement). The ones who respond see minimal results. To get tumor shrinkage by 60% and disappearance of multiple lesions is stunning. The chemo was palliative and was not expected to help in this case.

So yes, it wasn't the chemo. Sorry. And these were VERY LOW doses of Ivermectin & Fenbendazole !! I tend to suggest higher doses as cancer killing with Ivermectin & Fenbendazole is dose dependent.

Case No. 4: Ivermectin & Fenbendazole Testimonial - Stage 4 Malignant Melanoma

, this highlights an Australian man with Stage 4 malignant melanoma with metastases to multiple sites. He reportedly achieved a "cancer-free" status after 12 months using ivermectin and fenbendazole.

Case No. 3: Stage 4 melanoma with mets to lymph nodes

Shared by DavidCarl (X/Twitter):

"As I’ve told you, my wife had stage 4 melanoma with mets to lymph nodes. She started taking ivermectin before you released your protocols, 1mg/kg. Weeks later you published your protocols and I bumped her to 2mg/kg. I added 444 mg of fenbendazole. Her last pet scan was approximately 6 months where she was cancer free. Her oncologist was all smiles, but I never told him I was giving her the protocol. She continues to take .5mg/kg of ivermectin 6x week and 3x week of 444 mg fenbendazole. She was taking immunotherapy for about a year before I read about ivermectin. Her lesions were having moderate response to the immunotherapy per pet scans. After putting her on ivermectin, 45 days later with a pet scan she presented cancer free. We were blown away. I almost cried. Doctor this is the hope you’ve given us. Your stories continue to give my wife confidence. It is like a big dark cloud we lived with was lifted."

Case No. 2: Stage 3B Melanoma with liver failure

Shared by Dr William Makis (X/Twitter) - February 2025:

IVERMECTIN, FENBENDAZOLE and MEBENDAZOLE Testimonial:

FROM THE BRINK OF DEATH - Stage 4 Melanoma patient with extensive liver metastases given 2-3 days to live! Survives and most metastases are gone!

If you only read 1 of my testimonials EVER, make it this one.  Canadian patient had Stage 3B Melanoma 5 years prior. In Dec.2024, he presented to emergency in liver failure.
"He was told (by an Oncologist) Dec.2nd that he had 2-3 days to live and was in liver failure as his entire liver was consumed with tumors".

(Diagnosis: Stage 4 Melanoma recurrence with extensive liver metastases & liver failure) “The only thing he (Oncologist) could suggest to try was Bractovi and Mektovi but has never given it to anyone with their liver in such bad shape – we are told that it is completely taken over with both cystic and solid lesions. Against our belief we were faced with a ‘try or die….” "He was given 1-2% chance with Braftovi/Mektovi so started that Dec.3rd" "I reached out to you shortly thereafter and started your protocol. The CT results from Jan.30th (2025) that I am sending you show significant regression or complete resolution!!!"

Braftovi/Mektovi - 59 days
Ivermectin - 43 days
Mebendazole - 38 days
Fenben - 28 days MAKIS IVERMECTIN CLINIC PROTOCOL Implemented:
Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day (43 days)
Mebendazole 400mg/day (38 days)
Fenbendazole 444mg/day (28 days)

Yes, you read that correctly. This is what's called "weighing the risks and benefits".

CT RESULTS: "All previously detected hepatic lesions have markedly regressed or resolved." "Excellent response to the interval instituted treatment regime, where there has been marked regression of the metastatic liver disease with associated significant reduction in the associated hepatomegaly. "There has been significant regression of the metastatic lymphadenopathy of the root of the small bowel mesentery" "there has been complete resolution of the underlying anasarca and ascites" "There are presently no signs of acute intra-abdominal/pelvic process observed" ----- My Take… Do you know what is probably the single most frustrating question I get every day? “Is Fenbendazole safe? My doctor told me it will damage my liver!” "My doctor told me Fenbendazole will destroy my liver" Let me summarize: Stage 4 Melanoma patient with extensive liver metastases told he had 2-3 days left to live... in LIVER FAILURE...
Implemented a Protocol with Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole!

And is alive 2 months later with all metastases either shrunk or gone! FROM THE BRINK OF DEATH… If anyone ever tells you that Fenbendazole or Mebendazole will damage your liver, know that they are lying to you, and if you want to, show them this story!

Case No. 1: Stage four melanoma (October, 2022)

In February and March of this year I was diagnosed with stage four melanoma. It had metastasized to my brain, lymph nodes, right lung, adrenal gland and right hip. My daughter pointed me to Joe’s story and this site. I started taking the fenbendazole protocol even before my oncologist gave me her treatment plan using Immuno therapy. The oncologist said that it had about a 30% success rate but not to expect any great results on the first scan after 4 treatments.

I had a PET scan last week and the results were almost too good to be true. Cancer basically gone. The tumor in my right lung had shrunk to less than half the size it was on the first PET scan. The uptake on that tumor decreased from 19.9 to 2.6. I was told by her that an uptake of less than 4.0 is no longer considered as cancerous.

I have been on the fenbendazole protocol for 166 days now. I received 4 immunotherapy injections using 2 different drugs. I can’t say for sure what definitively gave me these great results. Draw your own conclusions but I think the fenbendazole was largely responsible for the great results.

19. Stage 4 Uterine Cancer

Uterine cancer, also known as womb cancer, includes two types of cancer that develop from the tissues of the uterus. Endometrial cancer forms from the lining of the uterus, and uterine sarcoma forms from the muscles or support tissue of the uterus.

Keep in mind that these references are based on case reports, which offer preliminary evidence. Critics may dismiss them as pseudoscience or low-quality data or even misinformation. However, these testimonials could represent just the tip of the iceberg—an emerging frontier that science is only beginning to explore.

For a more comprehensive understanding, it's worth looking into additional research studies and clinical trials. As always, consult with your healthcare provider(s) before making any treatment decisions, as close monitoring and personalised care are essential.
