Intermittent Fasting and Spike Protein: A Game Changer for Spike Protein Injuries

Image
Numerous doctors treating long COVID and COVID vaccine injuries now suggest fasting as a potential therapy for overall symptom improvement.  As of 2026, this idea has moved beyond theory: the first randomized controlled trial ( Bunker et al., Scientific Reports ) found that a weekly ~38-hour fast added to daily time-restricted eating cut Long COVID symptom scores by over 50% across 10 weeks — significantly more than time-restricted eating alone. The trial is small (58 patients) and unblinded, and roughly 9 in 10 participants had a symptom flare-up at some point, so this is promising early evidence, not a proven cure, and extended fasting is not appropriate for everyone. In February 2024, Drs. Paul Marik and Yusuf (JP) Saleeby — as well as Matthew T.J. Halma of the World Council for Health — published another related  key research paper  in the peer-reviewed journal  Endocrine and Metabolic Science . Those of you who are familiar with Dr Paul Marik’s work over the pas...

How to Detox Spike Protein After COVID (2026)

Image
The spike protein is naturally found in SARS-CoV-2, no matter the variant. In its native form in SARS-CoV-2, the spike protein is responsible for the pathologies of the viral infection. In its wild form it’s known to open the blood-brain barrier, cause cell damage (cytotoxicity) and, as Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the  mRNA and DNA vaccine core platform technology , said in a commentary on  News Voice , “is active in manipulating the biology of the cells that coat the inside of your blood vessels — vascular endothelial cells, in part through its interaction with ACE2, which controls contraction in the blood vessels, blood pressure and other things.” It’s also been revealed that the spike protein on its own is enough to cause inflammation and damage to the vascular system, even independent of a virus. ( R )  Base Spike Detox According to Dr Peter McCullough (in a Twitter post): Base Spike Detox is what I am currently using in my practice for those who have had ...

Low-Dose Naltrexone for Autoimmune Disease and Complex Illness: A Potential ‘Wonder Drug’ Held Back by Costly Trials

Image
Low-dose naltrexone (LDN) is generating buzz as a potential treatment for a range of conditions, from chronic pain to autoimmune disorders, offering new hope for patients with difficult-to-manage symptoms. While hailed for its symptom relief, some health experts warn that LDN may not tackle the underlying causes of disease. The question remains: Is this affordable, underutilized drug a breakthrough or merely a temporary fix? A Lifeline Linda Elsgood felt unstoppable. A mother of two and full-time bank manager, she balanced work and family with ease. “I was Wonder Woman. I could do anything,” she told The Epoch Times. But when both her parents fell ill, the stress of caregiving began to take its toll. Soon after, Elsgood began experiencing troubling symptoms: numbness in her leg and face, extreme fatigue, and vision issues. In 2000, she was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). By 2003, the disease had progressed to secondary progressive MS, and her doctors informe...
