One Day MD is not about us, but about you. Is it possible for you to be your own doctor, your own MD? You are the best person to take care of your health. Your doctor is not with you all the time, but you have access to the internet, Google, ChatGPT, and more. It’s time to take control of your health. Reading online guides won’t make you an immediate ‘MD,’ but it’s definitely the first step towards better health for you, your family, and your friends. The internet has made many impossible things possible, including access to global information and contacts. Developing a movement or a social media group is also possible nowadays.
