I usually can’t take Vitamin C tablets, but I gave these a try when I couldn’t order the capsules (from the same company). I was pleasantly surprised. I use vitamin c so iron will more easily absorb into my system. I was able to stop my iron supplement and maintain a higher hemoglobin level after taking this!! But, this was followed closely by a physician.

I don’t take vitamins or hardly any pills. However, when I started getting sick with sinus stuff, I tried these. I chewed one in the morning and one at night. It stopped the sickness in its tracks! Whereas usually it goes into a sinus infection for me, I was better in 2-3 days. I now tell everyone about these.
