High-dose Ivermectin Shrinks Cancer Metastases - Dr Justus Hope

Image
In 2023, Dr Justus Hope reported on a case of Stage IV Colon Cancer that appeared hopeless . The gentleman, Rick, had widespread metastatic disease affecting the liver and lymph nodes and was told his cancer was “unsurvivable.” At most, he had six months left, according to his oncologist. Following adding Ivermectin, his tumor markers dropped from 1489 to 4.7, and his metastases calcified and shrunk. This was believed due to the anti-metastatic effect of Ivermectin as it suppresses the WnT Pathway, which cancer stem cells rely upon.   Dr. Tess Lawrie recently reported on a case of ovarian metastatic cancer with subsequent involvement of the peritoneum – a common spread area. Despite an initial tumor marker (Ca125) level of 288, following Ivermectin and three (9 weeks) chemotherapy sessions, her Ca125 level dropped to 22. There was a substantial regression with no trace of tumor on the peritoneum. Related:  The Surprising Potential of Ivermect...

A Glioblastoma (Brain Cancer) Survivor Story - Dr Justus Hope

Image
Evan is a walking miracle. He was given little more than 12 months to survive three years ago. Because he has one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer, one that does not respond well to treatment, and because his was inoperable, the odds were against him. However, here he is today, all smiles and enjoying Thanksgiving 2022 with his loved ones. Evan's story began when he and I met some 35 years ago. Fresh out of physical therapy school, Evan marched into my new medical office and announced he had opened up his shop nearby in the small Northern California town of Redding. I was a newly minted thirty-year-old doctor and Evan was the same age. As a physician, I treated patients with strokes, spine injuries, and intractable pain. Kevin worked on their physical therapy, helping them regain balance, motion, and strength. But he did more than that. Over the years, his patients would return and tell me how kind and understanding Evan was, about how he took a particular interest in t...

ROOT Protocols: Preventing Cancer - Dr Paul Marik and Dr Justus Hope

Image
Abstract In 2022, approximately 20 million new cancer cases and 9.7 million cancer deaths occurred worldwide. By 2050, new cases are projected to double, driven by population growth, aging, and increased exposure to risk factors. Up to 40% of cancers may be preventable by addressing lifestyle and environmental risk factors. Numerous nutraceuticals and repurposed drugs exhibit chemoprophylactic properties. Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a polyphenol in green tea, appears to be the most effective agent against multiple cancers, followed by curcumin, a . polyphenol derived from turmeric (Curcuma longa), vitamin D, and omega-3 fatty acids. Using artificial intelligence and leveraging synergistic effects among these compounds, we developed the ROOT 3, ROOT 4, ROOT 5, ROOT 6, and ROOT 9 chemoprophylactic protocols. The mechanistic activity of each nutraceutical is described, along with the estimated risk reduction for the most common types of cancer. These protocols may offer a low-risk an...

We improved on this with Metformin, Ivermectin, and Mebendazole to reduce risk to the 70 to 80% range. In this article, Dr. Paul E. Marik and Dr. Justus Hope are announcing a series of significant revisions made over the past few days—with the invaluable support of AI. Update: ROOT Protocols: Preventing Cancer - Dr Paul Marik and Dr Justus Hope (Journal of Independent Medicine, Nov 2025) What would have taken months to research and refine was accomplished in just days. And time is critical, as the world faces an unprecedented surge in cancer cases. This information needs to reach people now. We’ll start from the beginning, sharing the results of our initial 3-supplement AI-driven search that established our baseline for cancer risk reduction.
