Ivermectin and Fenbendazole for Psoriasis: 13 Case Reports (2025)
More than a superficial skin condition, psoriasis is a chronic condition of your immune system that triggers cells to build up on the surface of your skin. This leads to thick, scaly and red patches that itch and are sometimes painful. Psoriasis is a prevalent chronic autoimmune dermatosis affecting approximately 2-3% of the global population, characterized by erythematous, scaly plaques resulting from dysregulated keratinocyte proliferation and T-cell-mediated inflammation. While psoriasis is an inflammatory response, it can lead to an infection if you frequently scratch the affected areas.
In the United States alone, it impacts over 7.5 million individuals (1), imposing substantial economic burdens estimated at $112 billion annually, while increasing risks for comorbidities such as psoriatic arthritis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and depression (with depression rates up to 50% in affected patients). Current therapies, including topical corticosteroids, phototherapy, and biologics, offer symptom relief but often come with limitations like side effects, incomplete responses, and high costs, prompting exploration of repurposed agents with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory potential.
Ivermectin, an FDA-approved antiparasitic with established efficacy in inflammatory skin conditions like rosacea, has garnered attention for its broader anti-inflammatory properties, including cytokine suppression and Demodex mite reduction—factors implicated in psoriasis pathogenesis.
Recent anecdotal compilations, such as the 13 X (formerly Twitter)-sourced case reports (below), highlight promising real-world outcomes when ivermectin is combined with fenbendazole, a veterinary anthelmintic showing preclinical immunomodulatory effects in autoimmune models. These reports describe rapid psoriasis clearance (from 3 days to 3 months) across diverse severities, including scalp involvement and psoriatic arthritis, often in patients with concurrent cancers, using oral or topical regimens (e.g., 6 mg ivermectin twice daily or alternating formulations). While preclinical studies support ivermectin's role in reducing psoriasis-like lesions via pathways like NF-κB inhibition, human evidence remains largely anecdotal, underscoring the need for rigorous evaluation.
Drawing from a surge of compelling success stories documented in 2025, this article explores 13 real-world case reports of patients achieving remarkable outcomes. As we delve into these inspiring narratives, dosages, and protocols, readers are reminded that these approaches should complement, not replace, standard care under professional medical guidance.

I’ve had psoriasis for 30yrs (depressing), got severe in last 5yrs, took IVM (6mg) 2x daily for 20 day (bought in Mexico) to test & severity reduced. Went to doc (Alberta) to show results & could not get IVM. Doc needs to do research first . Tried all, IVM works & cant get it.

Got my 15 YO nephew taking it for his severe psoriasis. He started it three weeks ago when he came to visit me here in Florida. He has about 80 to 90% coverage on his body. After three weeks of alternating between topical and oral (ivermectin), he is almost completely clear . His mother and father are beside himself and it’s been fun to watch his self-confidence grow.

Conclusion
In summary, the emerging evidence for ivermectin, particularly in combination with fenbendazole, in the management of psoriasis highlights a compelling avenue for therapeutic repurposing, bridging preclinical insights with real-world anecdotal successes. Preclinical studies in imiquimod-induced models demonstrate ivermectin's capacity to attenuate psoriasis-like inflammation through TLR4/NF-κB pathway inhibition, cytokine modulation (e.g., reduced TNF-α, IL-17), and keratinocyte proliferation suppression, achieving up to 80% reduction in lesion severity and epidermal thickness. The 2025 compilation of 13 testimonials further bolsters this potential, revealing consistent patterns of rapid symptom resolution—ranging from 3 days to 3 months—across diverse severities, including guttate, plaque, scalp, and psoriatic arthritis-associated psoriasis. Notable outcomes include complete clearance in chronic cases (e.g., 15-37 years duration) using oral regimens like 6 mg ivermectin twice daily or topical applications, often with minimal side effects and enhanced quality of life, even in comorbid cancer patients. Fenbendazole's adjunctive role, as seen in 70% of reports, may amplify immunomodulation, though mechanisms remain underexplored beyond shared antiparasitic and anti-inflammatory profiles.
Despite these encouraging signals, the evidence base is predominantly anecdotal and preclinical, lacking randomized controlled trials to confirm causality, optimal dosing, long-term efficacy, or safety in broader populations. Risks such as dysbiosis, hepatotoxicity, or interactions with immunosuppressants warrant caution, especially with off-label veterinary formulations.

As psoriasis continues to burden patients and healthcare systems with incomplete responses to conventional therapies, ivermectin-fenbendazole protocols merit urgent investigation through prospective clinical trials to validate their role, potentially offering an accessible, cost-effective alternative for this refractory autoimmune condition.

ReplyDeleteHello. You can buy the horse version on Amazon. It’s the same stuff just as a paste that taste like apple.

ReplyDeleteA doctor I trust says humans shouldn’t take ivermectin paste formulated for horses because it may have additives that aren’t good for you. Also I think I remember him saying that the strength (dose age) would be not the same for people.
ReplyDeleteYou can go to Dr. Tenpenny or Dr. Peter McCullough’s Wellness Co. to find ivermectin. Also, Dr. Henry Ealy at the Energetic Institute.
Take a dosage the size of a pencil eraser.
